On Monday afternoon, as severe gusts impacted Toronto Pearson Airport in Canada, an airplane, authorized for landing by air traffic control, carrying 80 passengers and crew, unexpectedly, crashed into the runway. Firefighters immediately rushed to the scene to douse the flames that erupted around the overturned aircraft.
Information from msn.com indicated that all individuals aboard the Delta flight, which originated in Minneapolis, survived the incident. The cause of the plane’s inversion, leaving it inverted with its underside exposed, blackened with residue, and with a portion of a wing missing, remains undetermined. Passengers, secured by their seatbelts, were suspended within the cabin.
As stated in a Delta statement issued Monday night, “We are very grateful there was no loss of life and relatively minor injuries.”
Both the airline and Toronto Airport Fire Chief Todd Aitken confirmed that 18 individuals sustained injuries in the crash and were taken to local hospitals.
The report also mentioned that a child was among the injured, but is in good condition, as stated by the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
Peel Regional Paramedic Services, responsible for emergency services at the airport’s location, provided a lower number of injured passengers, totaling 15, according to CBC, a CNN news-gathering affiliate.
Well done fire fighters!

I suspect you meant to write “ leaking hose” rather then linking hose!
