Youth on a Mission for God will be hosting its annual concert “For His Glory Variety Concert” .
Last year the group held the concert to raise funds for the victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti. The concert was a success and the group was able to raise over $5000.00 towards this venture.
This year the group will host this event to raise funds for the group’s scholarship fund. The group has sponsored a student to attend a high school. The students has completed the first year and the funds will ensure that more students get the necessary assistance to attend secondary school
Although very young , the group has held numerous activities geared at addressing issues surrounding the youth. The group holds its weekly radio program on Voice of Life every Saturday from 5-6 pm.

We collected money among ourselves and sponsored a full high school scholarship to a 2010 child who was not finanially able to attend high school. we want to continue that. Also, we adopted the community of Loubiere, we are undertaking a beautificaton project by painting a wall and placing of bins. Recently we had a panel discussion on drug awareness, we are involved n ministry, evangelism. We do have a program every saturday from 5pm on Voice o Life where we bring in resource persons to speak to our youth on matters affecting them.

Youth on a Misson for God is minsitry arm of the Voice of Life. The aim of the group is to address issues confronting young peope. The group is open to young people from all walks of life. The group is one year old and the group consist of young people from different churches and villages. We have members fom Bioche, Loubiere, Penville, Roseau and environs. We have a weekly radio program (eevry saturdays)on voice of life from 5-pm where we discuss different topics. Our program is different because when we listen to the issues we offer solutions using the Word of God. We seek to give young people solutions based on wht the word of God says. Our programs are very interactive . We get calls from perosn the young as well as old. I invite you to listen this week as we discuss a very intersting topic: “Ambition: Vice or viture” The guest will a young man . The concert is a gospel lconcert. We will be featuring local artist. Too many times we seem to support imported talent when we have raw talent on island waiting to be exposed . We focuss on ministry and not performance so we inform our artist that the aim is to give glory to God. We have dance, worship, drama, mime, poetry and the fashion segment.
