ECSE trading report for week ending Friday, 16 July 2021

On the Eastern Caribbean Securities Market this week, the following securities traded:

• 300 East Caribbean Financial Holding Co Ltd shares traded at $4.00 per share: also, 110 East
Caribbean Financial Holding Co Ltd shares traded odd lot in two transactions at $4.00 per
share, and

• 140 St Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank Ltd shares traded odd lot at $2.90 per share.
Regional Government Securities Market

On the Regional Government Securities Market, the following auctions took place using the
primary market platform of the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange:

• the Government of St Vincent and the Grenadines’ 91-day Treasury raised $28.0
million. The competitive uniform price methodology used, resulted in a discount rate of
3.46972%.

• the Government of Saint Lucia’s 7-year bond raised $23.9 million. The competitive uniform price
methodology used, resulted in an interest rate of 7.1%.

The next auctions scheduled to be held on the Regional Government Securities Market are the
Government of Saint Lucia’s 91-day Treasury bill, 2-year Treasury note and 180-day Treasury
bill offered at maximum rates of 3.5%, 4.5% and 4.0% respectively, which will take place on
19 July, 20 July and 21 July 2021 using the primary market platform of the Eastern Caribbean
Securities Exchange. Bidding for thee auctions will commence at 9:00 am and end at 12:00
pm.
