“construction of democratic states in Latin America and the Caribbean” …

How can someone mention “democracy” knowing that ALBA is led by the worst dictators in the world ( Chavez, Castro, Morales, …) ?

    Be serious , please.

Wow! What a great idea. Thanks.

This should encourage our academics to investigate socio-political phenomena with a view to recommending pragmatic strategies to enhance our democracy in the Caribbean. This is a wonderful intiative.

    Congrats to ALBA!
