Caribbean Association of Catholic Teachers (CACT) 21st Biennial Conference

The 21st  Biennial Conference of the Caribbean Association of Catholic Teachers (CACT) will take place in Dominica from Sunday July 25th to Sunday August 1st, 2010 at The Holy Redeemer Retreat House, Eggleston.

The conference is being hosted by the Dominica Association of Catholic Teachers (DACT) under the theme ‘Catholic Education in the Mission of the Church”

Thirty-five delegates are expected from Antigua & Barbuda, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago.  They will be joined by fifteen local delegates at the retreat centre.

A press conference will be held on Tuesday July 13th, 2010 at the Convent High School auditorium from 10:00 o’clock a.m to officially launch the event.

We invite you or a representative of your organization to provide coverage of this activity. Regional and local Church officials and organizers will address you.

    well done DACT, we the teachers who are catholics in the Ashanti and Bron Ahafo regions in Ghana are having ACT. we are using it to help improve education in the country. thanks
