You are insulting the true natives of our country, the Kalinago. There were no people of African or European descent living in Dominica in the 15th. century but I(‘m sure there were plenty of manicou!

Critics, if you have not yet checked the meaning of “Honorary Degree of Doctor” or Doctorate, note the following:

Doctorate – the highest level of university degree, usually awarded for a lengthy piece of original research, but sometimes for other outstanding achievements.
Awarded as honor – given, elected, or awarded for outstanding service or distinguished achievements, rather than for the completion of formal educational or legal requirements.
Symbolizing honor conferred – representing the bestowal of an honor or distinction on somebody.
Unpaid – holding an office awarded as an honor and receiving no payment for services provided in that office.
Not legally enforceable – dependent on somebody’s sense of honor and honesty for fulfillment, rather than on a legal agreement.

Those who are intelligent will not refute it or argue about it. May this broaden your mind as to the reason why one is conferred such a Doctorate.

What is this about gender affairs?
I believe in Dominica “gender affairs” was not explained; what it entails – all of it – to the head of the organization that adopted it.
These overseas groups go about the world to introduce and promote their planned agenda for the world, as also Planned Parenthood, also same sex relationships and so-called marriage. They never state about their future plans which will divide the world and cause major discords. They expect that everyone should fall in line with them and approve them.
They even want to re-define marriage (if it is not already done in the US) and tamper with the Holy Bible.
Hilary Clinton stated that the churches must change and become democratic. Figure that out. No need to elaborate on this. Christians of all should deduce what she meant.
The majority of D/cans have no idea what this “gender” represents.
There is a push/move to eradicate male and female, masculine and female from the books/the world.

Congrats! to all the past students of PSS particularly Kyra Paul. This is a feather in Hon Roslyn Paul’s hat, the mother of Kyra, also Mrs Fabien the Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Social Services, mother of Jamesa Fabien and to the parents of Mr. London and Miss Mitchel Warrington Congrats once again.

This is due to those who changed their gender, male or female. They want to be neutral. Real foolishness.
In the US, Canada and I suppose in Europe, washrooms are now utilized by both men and women – male and female. It includes schools. Can you imagine that?
Governments fell for it. Our legal documents as also passports will no longer indicate, Ms, Miss, Mrs., Mr. Simply your first and last name. Talk about lack of respect.
This is what this “gender” is all about and probably more and worst to come. These are also people who disregard God and reject him altogether that He created the world and man and woman.
As you aware of some countries have already legalized them.
So some people want rights but the wrong rights. Ignorance makes them blind and deaf to know that. In the eyes of God nothing changes because He does not approve of these abominations which highly offend Him.

When they stand before God it will be “as they were born”, male and female; not what gender they chose to become.
I have heard, if doctors refuse to perform this operation, they will be sued. Same as those who refuse to bake a cake and take pictures for homosexuals and lesbians for their so-called marriage.
Do you note the type of world we reside in and what it has become with interest groups pushing their godless and immoral agenda? The small countries are not oblivious of the depth of what these people plan to do in the future. They present their agenda as something which is good for nationals.
Churches will be persecuted for not recognizing these people and also refusing to marry them. Priests/pastors will not be able to preach on this immorality. They will be sued. This is the ungodly dilemma that we are faced with today.
Read Holy Scripture: Joel 2, 3 and 4.
    God is patient!
    Pray for Christian unity.

Fantastic. You are the true ambassadors of Dominica. I am glad to note that our Dr. Clarissa Etienne did not have to travel to the Punjab, or pay for her Hon. doctorate. It was bestowed on her by our own in recognition of her achievements and pride she has brought to us. Last but not least, it are our women who shine especially. Well done.
