Makana Antoine, the most improved student at the Jones Beaupierre Primary School in Laplaine, is the second recipient of an $2,500 scholarship courtesy of QB Vehicle Rentals.
The scholarship was given at that institution’s graduation ceremony last week and is part of the company’s mission to “help improve academic performance” at the school.
“At QB Vehicle Rentals we strongly believe an educated society is a constructive and productive society,” the company said.
QB Vehicle Rental is owned by former student of the Jones Beaupierre Primary British Virgin Islands (BVI) based Dominican, Eustace Joseph of Laplaine.
On the 21st of June this year the company also hosted a water sports fun day at Wave Dancer Watersports in Portsmouth for about 25 top performers and best behaviour Students.
Well I can safely say the money I spent renting from QB rentals last year is making a contribution towards something good. Well Done! QB vehicle rentals, keep up the good work and may God bless your business so our community can all benefit from it, in one way or the other.
