A student from the Roseau SDA has captured the top spot in the semi final of the DBS Radio/Courts/Ministry of Education Reading Competition at the PSU Building on Monday afternoon.
Jonathan Honore placed first, followed by Annessa Laurent of the Lighthouse Christian Academy in second place.
Third place went to Soliahey Dupigny of the Paix Bouch Primary, followed by Kalya Alexander of the Woodfordhill Primary in fourth.
Monica Polydore of the Wesley Primary placed fifth.
The students will face each other at finals to be held next week Wednesday at the Arawak House of Culture.
Lighthouse we are going for gold………Do not be disappointed!
