Eleven calypsonians from the parish of St Paul will compete tonight in what organizers have described as one of the biggest activities for the Feast of St. Ann.
Public Relations Officer of the Mahaut Improvement Committee Harold Sealey said the event is also geared at bringing community members together and showcasing the talents of the residents.
“We have a packed night planned. Calypso lovers and all involved should come on board and patronize the show. It is going to be grand. Following the show we will have an after party with the WCK band,” he said.
The event is carded for 8 p.m. at the Massacre Basketball court.
Activities for the celebration of Fete St. Ann are being celebrated under the theme “Working Hand in Hand to Building a Better Community”.
