The biggest daytime event during Dominica’s Independence celebrations, Creole in the Park will be held from October 24th to 27th, 2016, in the week leading up to the World Creole Music Festival (WCMF).
The thirteenth edition of the usually highly anticipated CITP event will be the first to be staged under the Flow brand, introduced to the Dominican market in November of last year.
Flow’s General Manager Jeffrey Baptiste says the company’s flagship event is on schedule, and planning is in high gear for the presentation of another memorable and exciting four-day presentation of Dominica’s best in Creole food, Music, Art & Craft and Culture, at the beautiful Botanical Gardens in the capital city, Roseau.
“After making the difficult decision to shelve last year’s Creole in the Park due to the devastation caused by Tropical Storm Erika, we are committed to giving our customers and patrons an unforgettable event this year which will leave them fully satisfied” said Mr. Baptiste.
The Flow Creole in the Park is a family oriented activity which brings all things Dominican in one central location at Dominica’s scenic Botanical Gardens in Roseau. The event runs over four days from 12 noon to 7pm daily.
Patrons can anticipate exhilarating performances from cultural groups, local artistes and bands, combined with popular foreign acts. Great offers and deals leading up to, and during the event will make for an even more excting 2016 Flow Creole in the Park.
