Miss Dominica 2015, Odessa Elie will vie for a three in a row win for Dominica at the Miss Carival Pageant in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The 30th anniversary edition of the pageant will be held on July 3, 2015 at Victory Park in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Miss Elie will vie for the prestigious Miss Carival title from a field of nine contestants hailing from Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Guyana, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Dominica has won six Miss Carival titles since the show’s inception in 1985 with the last two titles being won by Leslassa Armour-Shillingford in 2013 and Francine Baron in 2014. Contestants are judged on swimwear, talent, evening wear and interview, and will be expected to make an appearance in national wear.
A packed schedule of activities which includes media interviews, visits to business houses, meeting with the Prime Minister and Cabinet Ministers of St. Vincent & the Grenadines, motorcade in the city and participation in shows organized for Vincy Mas, awaits Miss Carival contestants. Miss Elie and her team will depart Dominica on June 29, 2015 to participate in the show.

Didn’t realize Ms. Dominica pageant was a beauty contest. Ronda get yourself educated on what the show is about. Wonder if you have the guts to put on a show like this young intelligent lady.

..fings like u can only sit and criticize and have no value here on earth….take a page from this young lady’s book…go educate yourself and do something with your life instead of sitting and criticizing a young girl who is doing something positive with her life and making her family proud
