Dominica’s most social age groups are expected to be thrilled at the 14th World Creole Music Festival this year with the presence of Jamaican reggae star ‘Jah Cure’.
Jah Cure’s music has in recent times been known to delight several locals and it’s for this reason, Colin Piper, Chairman of the Dominica Festivals Committee, says the singer has been chosen.
“He brings to the table some of the most popular songs that are happening right now, especially for the age group that goes out in Dominica and wants to be entertained. What we are hoping is that the inclusion of Jah Cure will mean that this age group comes out to the festival,” Piper stated.
He’s optimistic Jah Cure’s inclusion on the World Creole Music Festival line-up will also attract patrons from around the Caribbean.
The World Creole Music Festival will be staged on October 29-31.
