Stardom Monarch of the Tent tonight

Stardom Monarch of the Tent is set for tonight and those who have been performing on the stardom stage for at least one year will qualify to compete.

Tasha P and Sour Sour, who both have popular songs this time around, will be among eighteen who will compete for Stardom King of the Tent at Krazy Kokonuts from 9 p.m.

Tonight’s show will also present an opportunity for Tasha P to win a second title for the 2011 calypso season, as she’s now the holder of the calypso queen crown.

Checker won the Stardom Monarch title last year with “Deviant”.

Meantime calypso finalists already know the position in which they will perform at the last round of the competition on Saturday night. Their positions were made final after a draw at the calypso house Wednesday.

The ten will compete in the following order:  Leandra, Sye, Karessah, Explosion, Prosper, Checker, Mighty Lugars, Tasha P, Dice, Soul Puss.
