The Summer Survivor Part 3 Opening show at The Cove Saturday night, featuring Jamaican Reggae artiste G Whizz, as expected, attracted a large turnout, though it appeared that women outnumbered the men. SEE PHOTO GALLERY BELOW STORY
The show started off with music from DJ Flip, DJ Mystic, DJ Skea and DJ Blend. Musicians such as 2Greedi and Benji N20 of Triple Kay was also in attendance. G Whizz had an entertaining performance and invited women up on stage to dance with him which the crowd cheered for. Local reggae artiste Smokie Cut performed his hit song “Nah Back Down” and also his dub for RETV. WCK brought the action into the early hours of the morning playing hit songs one after the other which had the crowd well entertained. The venue was secured by members of the Unique security guards.
