Those who paid to watch the live stream on Dominica News Online (DNO), of the first night of WCMF 2012 but were unable to access it , will be able to watch it free of charge tonight (Saturday 27th October, 2012)).
DNO reiterates its apology to those readers who had that unfortunate experience. However, those responsible have assured us that measures have been put in place to address the technical issue which created the problem.
Those DNO viewers who were affected have been contacted via email to inform them of the procedure to acquire free access to the live stream tonight.
Tonight’s exciting line-up features Fanatik, Fredo, Onyan, Rah, Disip Gazzman, Krosfyah, Tarrus Riley and Triple Kay
For those who have not already paid and who wish to watch tonight, the cost is US$9.99.
Please note that to the DFC, Tarrus Riley, Damien Marley, Ophelia Marie and Michele Henderson have not given permission for their performances to be video streamed.

sorry, I will not be watching even if it was for free. These line ups are a joke. There is a saying less is more. Why does it always have to be “SEWO” in the middle of the night? There are some mature people who would not mind seeing some of the artists but the quality of the shows are so mideocre and jump-up, jump-up style that they get turned off. A nice classy show with a few decent artists at a reasonable time whould be better. If the festival committee want to put together an after party for whoever want to be in a sweat box thats fine. But I would like a decent concert atmostpher and not one finishing at 6 & 7 in the morning.

What’s the point of paying for streaming when most of these artists do not want to be streamed or broadcast live because of copyrights.Last year that happened during Fayan,KKK and some others after we paid for streaming.
these streams are waste of money ..last year it was poor i wasted my money..i watch tnT soca Monarch this year wit crystal clear reception n audio..it should be 5us for that quality

Truth you know what on night one we pay and could not even see it and for you to come now and say i am going to do it free you move the goal post on us never. I hope you are going to use a different company for the streaming then what is being used at the creole in the park. The reception for the past two hours has been the worse I have seen.The streaming buffers every minute.
it buffers and the audio noisy…and more people complain is more Lindsey don’t improve. No proper equipment, nothing. But he offers the companies a deal they can’t refuse. He tells them he doing it free and will split what he make half/half with them.
So everybody jumping on Come SEE TV crap and we the viewers suffering.

WE don’t mind paying to view the streams from the events in Dominica but for a paying event the quality really needs to be stepped up especially the audio..why can Q95 have such great audio quality and the streams that we are paying for has crappy audio. I think they should get their audio feed directly from the mixer board. and the other thing is the video quality is poor and constantly buffering..get the appropriate bandwidth or don’t do it..I watch the trini soca monarch every year for free with good audio and video quality and no buffering
i can relax on my couch with a bottle of wine, a tin of peanuts and enjoy the show. thanks DNO.
