We were on the other side of the fence during her reign; and although there are issues that are not resolved her personality/character portrayed dignity, discipline and awe.

If these are options to what is going on now, we hope politicians can draw a good card from her. She was a proud woman. Her hands were clean and wittingly avoided bringing politics to the gutter.

We are wondering what advice she would give to restore our pride?

Those were the good days, when the DA regime was not supporting leftist Dictators like Chavez, Castro or Gadhaffi !
neither the Soviets, who attempted to invade Grenada and planned to take control of the Caribbean region.

that’s why i smh when people say ‘all gov’t is the same and corrupt’… freedom party never had all those trouble skerrit have us in… yes mamo had a cult following also… even more loyal than skerrits… but and a big but… freedom party never said… ‘um if not mamo who else that can run the island’… cause they had other able men to do the business of the land….. i just think that in 15 years of power Mamo didn’t do enough… things like banana was natural… we had the protection of u.k and tourism was a major earner back then… don’t forget that mamo influenced her supporters to vote skerro also… oh how i wish mamo.. pierro and rosie could see the man that in power now…. cause knowing mamo’s strong stance on self enrichment… she’d never support skerrit

THOSE WERE THE YEARS WHEN MS. CHARLES WAS OUR LEADER. I AM HOPING TO SEE DOMINICA GET BACK TO THESE GLORIOUS TIMES.
WE HAD EDUCATION SYSTEM IN ORDER, SPORTS ISLAND WIDE, JOBS FOR EVERY LOCAL, BANANA INDUSTRY WAS OK,AND I CAN GO ON AND ON.YES I REMEMBER.
INSTEAD OF WHAT WE HAVE TODAY LIKE CORRUPTION, MONEY LUANDERING, P.M IN COURT, MONEY CLINIC, SELF ENRICHMENT AND MASS MIGRATION.
