This is a good start, we have to elevate our people, give credit where credit is due, give them a sense of purpose and belonging. I truly believe that the last election has awakened the very Soul of the Nation and Dominica will never be the same again.

I want to particularly congragulate Wayne Letang for recieving the fire chiefs award for 2009. I know Wayne very well and I am so proud of his achievement as well as his commitment to his job. Wayne’s attitude towards work as well as his outlook on life is one that many like him should seek to emulate. Given the opportunity. Wayne will move mountains.
Recently, I had a conversation with Wayne and when he told me that just wait and you will hear about me I knew something good would be happening according to “Red Plastic Bag.”
I would like him to know that the sky is the limit and at all times he should seek to upgrade his skills and in the process the organiszatin to which he belongs will always be proud of his success.
My blessings goes out to him and his family. May God continue to protect him specifically during duty call.
    Take Care Wayne.
