The Library and Information Service, Roseau Public Library Division, in collaboration with the Drug Unit will host a day of educational sessions to observe Drug Awareness Month.
On January 23, 2012 from 9:30 a.m to 1 p.m., students from the various secondary schools in the vicinity of Roseau together with the general public are invited to listen to drug enforcement officers as they educate listeners on:
• Substance Abuse
• Drug trafficking
• Drug identification
These sessions together with an exhibition will take place on the grounds of the Public Library.
Drugs are everybody’s business and knowledge is power!

stop wasting government money with those walks. these walks will not solve the problem. those persons on the walk have nothing to do with the young persons that are abusing drugs. Get to the schools, villages and town and make a mentoring program and put those that are already abusing drugs in a rehabilitation center. Am fed up with those easy way out. Lets get to the root of the problem amd solve it .

So how can you all in 2012 as so called leaders of our community still spread a propagander lie so clear to our nation and have ones in darkness 25-50% of Nationals use the herb in one way or an other from cosmetics clothing to food and medicine, from police lawers doctors teachers nurses politicians farmers business peoples health practicioners magestrates tutors ministers public officials all ones in every area of society and communities, yet we hear of the negative effects every year =, yet there are no statistics from health, hospitals, clinics, mortuaries of the cause of illness death or accidents due to the use of the herb, yet the results from health as ones who uses herbs are a clean healthy sound report from heart lungs blood liver kidney infact the entire temple(body) is in sound conditions. we dont have to even visit the effects of the other real drugs from the above reports. Ones who use herbs wisely knowing of the positive uses are the ones who have less or no health short comings cause it is know that the Herb is Alkaline and used wisely tones the temple keeping free from organisms that deplete the normal functions of the temple…. In this age of upfront technology at the tip of our fingers use the technology wisely search out the knowledge valuable to ones and ones and refrain from in an enlightened era living in ignorance…
