Disgusting service – one day soon LIAT will no longer be in a position to treat their customers like they do. Take note another carrier is on its way then LIAT will pray they had given a better service in the past.

LIAT, LIAT, LIAT! Is this how you treat customers???? In travelling to Trinidad on Sunday past, the plane had a flat tire in Melville. Bravo. We are late for several hours. initially, we never had to change plane in Barbados. So we arrived at Barbados in transit. We sat there awaiting our flight to Trinidad. LIAT made no announcement that our boarding pass have to change. One traveler went to the desk anf found out and it so happened that i found out from that person that they are issuing new boarding pass. so I approached the desk and had mine changed. So i called my other colleagues. Eventually others heard from the horses mouth. Just a simple announcement to your customers that boarding passes are being changed. You LIAT people seem to take pleasure in frustrating passengers. I say to you pray hard that your monopoly in the region remains forever. I was young and now i am old and we Caribbean people remain dissatisfied with your service.
