A Tropical Storm Warning has been discontinued for Dominica as the center of Tropical storm Isaac moves into the Caribbean Sea and away from the island.
However, rain bands from that system continue to linger just east of Dominica and are expected to move across the area by this afternoon into tonight as the system moves westwards.
Some periods of light to moderate rainfall, isolated thunderstorms and gusty winds are likely over the island during the next 12 to 24 hours. Dangerous sea conditions are also expected during the next 24 hours with swells peaking near 10 feet and a small craft advisory remains in effect for rough seas.
Some flash-flooding, land slides and falling rocks are likely and residents are advised to continue to take the necessary precautions.

This is supposed to be a news channel so surely the people who write are able to write so we can make sense of what is written, this is pure slackness on the part of the person who allows such poor writing to be published.
A Tropical Storm Warning for Dominica has been discontinued by the the Dominica Met office, as Tropical storm Isaac moved into the Caribbean Sea and away from the island.
Come on DNO, you owe it to the young children who might be reading your publication.
