I hope Darroux gives them a tour of the PMH, the Marigot Hospital and the Portsmouth Hospital. Since their port of entry will most likely be at the Melvillehall airport, Darroux give them a tour of what is left at the hospital and let them know that in the event of a plane accident at the airport, the government closed down the hospital and we have no air ambulance to airlift people to PMH.
