Preparations are in high gear for the hosting of a Food Managers Workshop to be held here on April 22, 2010.
The workshop is part of the revised national food service establishment certification and licensing program to be implemented in Dominica soon.
It is aimed at providing business owners and managers of restaurants, catering and hospitality businesses with a thorough understanding of the standards and guidelines for the food service industry and requirements for certification.
The workshop will be held in collaboration with other agencies.
