One way we can strengthen our Health Sytem is by employing specialized, trained Doctors – Doctors who are professionally trained and working in their specialites – not just General Doctors as we use to have before. Doctors who also have pursued a Master Program in Public Health is very essential also in strengthening our Health System. All nurses employed should be fully trained academically and on the job and should be eligible to sit the Registered Nurse exam set by the Caribbean Board of Heath Educators to become Registered Nurses.
