congratulations my copeh
“Congratulations” Dr. Andre. You are a product of the DGS, a member of the hostel family.
As a Dominican living in Canada within the same Brampton area i would like to say congratulations. Im proud to say that i have met this man in person, he is very active within the Dominican community here and he provide a primary example of what Dominicans overseas should strive to become.
I remember Irvin competing for Dawbiney or BJ (I can’t quite remember) house in the DGS sports competition. He always gave it his all. Obviously that has paid off in the game and competition of life. There is definitely success among our people. Congrats Sir we have made us proud. Despite the decaying political situation at home we live in hope and folks like you remember us if who we are and where we came from.
Congratulations Dr Andre……..you have made Dominica proud. Our young people have another good example to emulate. May God bless your efforts always.
a great MAN!!!!!
what a MAN!!!!!!
Dr Andre is married to Kathy nee Bertrand and they have two beautiful and smart daughters Melissa and Bianca. I am happy to know you all. Congrats
Congratulations Irvin W Andre. Former 5-1 DGS classmate. I know that you are a very brilliant guy just like the others in that Class. Would really like to see a reunion of that Class. The James, JJ, and all the other brilliant boys out there. let us give a big Hooray to Justice Irving W Andre. He truly deserves this.
While I applaud him for his achievements as I would any black man but his contribution to Dominica is what? exactly?!!!
What is your point?
@AHAHA
While that statement can be valid for many other Dominicans who have done well only for themselves, one must admit that André’s involvement in preserving local Dominican history by writing several biographies on Dominicans have served to be significant for the local heritage. That public contribution will be there forever and it far outweighs his personal achievements in his legal practice
His contribution for now, is BEING DOMINICAN
congrats, oh doh come back da or them man go tell you to go and hide in a toilet..
A man of substance. CONGRATULATIONS!!
Well done my brother, you make your classmates colleagues, friends, Dominica, and above all you make your family very proud. God bless you!
congrats Mr. Andre…keep doing the good work..God Bless
Congratulations again Dr. Justice André – you keep growing from strength to strength, inspiring and calling us to higher heights while serving as a distinguished role model to us all. God guidance goes with you always…. “And Jesus said to them, “Truly I say to you, no prophet is welcome in his hometown””(Luke 4:20).
Congratulations Dr. Andre!!!
A job well done!!! You have made Dominica proud.
God Bless you and
God Bless Dominica
Congratulations “Minot”. Its just a matter of understanding that you are a cut above the rest. You taught me well at SMA and for that I am eternally grateful and wish you all the best. God’s guidance to you and the family sir…
Assertive, NOT Agressive!
perfect example of brain drain
WOw a US AID scholarship, America did so much for Dominicans for us to be with Chavez today against America is just a shame!
Someone is dealing with reality after all, least we forget.
Really? Does that make anybsense?
this man has brains. my God!!!! A man from humble beginnings. Congrats Ma Andre for a great son. Mr. Andre must be smiling in his grave. Lovely people.
This is a tremendous achievement. Well done!
Remember Austin Andre on front street in Portsmouth. Proud of you Irvin- wish you were one of the judges sitting on the election appeal.
It is interesting that Tony Astaphan never attacked Irvin Andre when he gave his opinion on the illegal Prime Minister.
I am very proud of Judge Irvin Andre he have made it possible to lift not only himself but also Dominica what a honour. I wish his family and himself all the best for the future., And also I would have to say that Tony knew what Judge Andre was saying was the truth therefore he could not comment because he would look like a hypocrite.
trust me politics had to rear it’s UGLY head tsk tsk Please ppl
Any relation to Millicent Andre aka Teacher Baby George? If so, what is he to her?
Oops! In line two(2) typo: heights !!
Dr. Andre’s elevation to such a prestigious post, in a country where the pool of resources is so vast, is a testament of vision, perseverance, accomplishment, and striving to the hieghts of excellence. This is a loyal dedicated Dominican that we should all be proud of.
I am proud to have sat in his Civics class at SMA in 1978 (if only briefly, prior to his studies at UWI. He has lived up to his Civics instructions of patriotism, loyalty and “All for each and Each for All”- this materializing in his seven literary works of substance on prominent Dominicans.
Thank you Dr. Andre and I pray even more success.
Now this is a Distinguish Dominican who we should take heed of his delibration on things. He should be invited here a little more often, whether by internet or live,to advice the legal society of Dominica how things work.
When he speaks he gets slammed short of name calling. “They” refer to him as the ‘OTHER ONE LOST IN CANADA”. To avoid shame “they” don’t call his name, but everytime that man speaks his maypuis piles on high instead of taking heed. Dominicans prefer to hear from Toni and Reggie
WOYE!!!! You have said your piece, continuing to bray on “Dominicans” every opportunity you create. Have a happy day braying and scratching for another opportunity.
You continue to make us proud as only you can…. you need to teach lawyers here how to stand up for justice based on principles that should not be compromised. Congratulations as you go from strength to strength! Well done Justice Andre! Your father and grandparents would have been justly proud of your achievements.
Y
big difference between Andre & our other judge in Trinbago.
