Islamic State warned in a new video on Monday that countries taking part in air strikes against Syria would suffer the same fate as France, and threatened to attack in Washington.
The video, which appeared on a site used by Islamic State to post its messages, begins with news footage of the aftermath of Friday’s Paris shootings in which at least 129 people were killed.
The message to countries involved in what it called the “crusader campaign” was delivered by a man dressed in fatigues and a turban, and identified in subtitles as Al Ghareeb the Algerian.
“We say to the states that take part in the crusader campaign that, by God, you will have a day, God willing, like France’s and by God, as we struck France in the center of its abode in Paris, then we swear that we will strike America at its center in Washington,” the man said.

ISIS is threatening all countries. These people are dangerous. The US will not fear ISIS. It will protect itself as best as it could. I hope America and France bring down ISIS which is a menace to the entire world.
ISIS recruit homegrown nationals. The former Prime Minister Harper was doing his utmost to prevent them from entering Canada. Unfortunately, the majority voted for Trudeau. He wants to bring in 25,000 refugees to Canada by December. It will cost the government/Can. taxpayers millions of dollars.
I heard on the News, nationals are asked to take in some of them. Those who are brave will do so. Some of them will be sent to remote areas of the country. As it is said, they will also be better welcomed there. Once in Canada, they can reside anywhere they wish.
I realize that refugees need help but the government must be careful and screen them as best as possible for fear of terrorists infiltration. Remember 9/11. Some resided in Canada.

Now is the time for us to put away all sorts nonsensical grievances against our fellowmen and to stand in unity and sincere prayer to God for His guidance and protection for the sake of our homeland and her people.
Those of you who are busy calling for such destruction in our Dominica, are you not thinking that you are part of her and whatever happens to her will happen to you as well?
We are living in an Era when it is time to change our hearts and mind–so that this heart and mind of ours can respond to conscience–God’s home in us–if at all He is connected to us.
When Jesus spoke about His return to Earth, He mentioned the days of the “Great Tribulation”. He said that those days will be so destructive it will the worst that the world will ever encounter and it will be the last.
But He also said that for the sake of God’s Elect those days will be shortened, otherwise no flesh would survive that kind of destruction.
People now is the time to make sure that you belong to God–His Elect–each and everyone of us must desire this for ourselves–it is not about the Prime Minister and what he does–it is about you and your relationship with God; just as he too will be accountable for himself only and himself alone.
Once again, we need to remain in harmony and steadfast prayer; we need to trust that God knows what He is doing in our lives; we need to get out of that negative darkness of our mind; Jesus told us that He is the Light of the world–the Light of our homeland. Dominica; we need to desire to walk through this Light, for His glory.
Prime Minister Skerit is just one man, whom God has planned the way he will function in Life; none of our huffing, puffing, and vain judgments against him, can change what God has planned–be It “GOODNESS” or “CALAMITY”–your grievances are the production of the “DARKENSS in your minds–that kind of production is nothing but “FUTILITY” .
