‘Senior Gaddafi aid visited London for secret talks on exit strategy’

Gaddafi

LONDON (BNO NEWS) — A senior aid of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi’s son, Saif al-Islam, has recently visited England for secret talks on an exit strategy for the Libyan leader and his family, the BBC reported on Friday.

BBC diplomatic correspondent James Robbins said the aid, Mohammed Ismail, visited London this week to explore a possible exit strategy for Gaddafi and his family. Robbins said it was not clear on whose authority Ismail had been in London, but said the aid has since returned to Tripoli.

Meanwhile, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice has told Al Arabiya Television that the U.N.-sanctioned no-fly zone over Libya would not stop Gaddafi if he decides to leave Libya. The channel gave no other details.

Libya is currently in the midst of a civil war which has so far claimed at least 1,000 and as many as 10,000 lives. Government-led attacks on rebels have included aerial bombardments, leading to a United Nations Security Council Resolution that imposed a no-fly zone over the Northern African nation.

I think you should really research that theory again. Protesting was banned. It started out I’m Benghazi and gadafi sent his son there to kill off the protest. They then used anti aircraft weapons on the civilians. Some were split in half. Dude if u see the photos. Then they started fighting back, without guns. Stones and sticks and stuff. And some military officers defected to help them. That’s how this started. Visit the BBC website and search for it. They done a little documentary with two brother who started the protests. And their friends. Most are gone now but hey, it’s a fight for basic things that we take for granted.

No no!! He should be given the same treatment as Sadam Hussain. After all, I think he is worse than Sadam. And his sons should be treated the same as Sadam’s sons. SAME TREATMENT.

Make Gadahfi another example for the aspiring dictators who want to be in power for 50 years. Please do, show them how dictators end up! Either death by the owns hands, death by the people they oppressed, in the Hauge. There should be no place for Gadahfi, Saif and the henchmen to hide. Not in our world! Haun them down where they go.

Again, why is our government not extending a hand to Gaddafi? He is in trouble; please offer him a place of refuge. He would have done the same for you.

I wonder if there is really any truth to this article, Gadafi has staying power and he has known for years that he would be a stand alone but he still has his own allies.
He is in a civil war instigated by the U.N intelligence forces inside of Lybia.

What allies? The African union is in the coalition. The eu, un, NATO. Unless he goes to Cuba or venezuala he has nothing else.
