Protesters took to the streets Wednesday in at least 10 cities to march against president-elect Donald Trump – and numerous college students and faculty leaders took to social media to announce support groups and even postponed exams.

Protests were underway in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, D.C., Portland, Ore., St. Paul, Minn. and several other cities. An estimated 2,000 protesters shouted angrily in downtown Seattle, expressing their frustration at the Trump victory over Democrat and former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, who won 228 electoral votes to Trump’s 279.

I heard on the US Catholic Radio Station, the demonstrators are paid to do so that, someone advertised (I did not get the name of the person) for demonstrators and would pay them.
Is it any wonder there are so many of them demonstrating? Surely, those who are employed would not leave their work and go out and demonstrate.
Since they are getting paid, the unemployed would embrace this opportunity for a few dollars.
You have heard/read of the disturbance they have caused to the point of damaging property. There is more to come. Foolish people. Among them are some non law-abiding ones who will not lose this opportunity to vandalize and damage property.

Comments of two people on a Canadian Website:
Ridiculous all these people protesting. Our democratic right is to vote and the majority of the people spoke yesterday. As for any of the actors/singers who voiced their opinions, give me a break. Who are they? Just humans like the rest of us.
Another who signed himself as “Save Canada” stated:
God these people are infants.. . You people really need to start acting like adults…..and the left wing over biased media needs to f**k off and accept that the people have had enough and it’s time for a changing of the guard.
Do you honestly think the Trump voters would have acted like this if Hellary won?
Acceptance for all……unless you’re not on the left…..you people are the most hypocritical nutjobs I’ve ever witnessed.
You’ve got this man as your president for 4 years. Why don’t you try working with him instead of trying to fight something you can’t fight. He’s now the president……deal with it you snowflakes.

Clinton was asked at the last debate. What kind of judges u would appoint 2 the supreme court? she said “Those that will protect the woman right to chose and allow same sex marriage. She called people like me basket of deplorable and irredeemable.her foundation collect money 2 help the Haitians after the earth quake u know the rest. When her husband was vying for president Haitians were taking little boats trying 2 enter Miami, he said I will give them refuge and make it easier 4 them to apply 4 political asylum. As he won the election he said in a broadcast .
those who leave Haiti by boat 4 the U.S.will be intercepted and returned 2 Haiti by the U.S.coast guard.”Leaving by boat is not the route of freedom”
When the coast guard apprehend the boats Bill Clinton puts them in Guantanamo bay in Cuba after dump them back in Haiti.See what this same Clinton did to our banana industry.I dont know what Trump will do but I know Clinton will do wat she say.
    Lord thank you for defeating…

John Charles you are clearly are conservative idiot. People like you are a hindrance to social progress and the evolution of the human species. You are weighed down by a bunch of foolish “Taliban like” thinking. The only thing that gives me hope is that people like you are dying out and the mentality of the next generation is toward progressive and open minded ideas. There is not point trying to convert your type of thinking. The only hope is it will soon be good riddance to your generation and its superstitious, hateful thinking.

    Rev.Donald Hill time have spoken
….In order that the living may know That the Most High rules in the Kingdom of men,Gives it to Whomever He wills, and set over it the lowest of men.Daniel 4:17
Since you went at great length in spelling out the sins of president elect Donald Trump.Let me and family convey our sincere condolences to u.
Now as a believer in Christ for almost 46 yrs a licensed marriage officer, elder and a preacher for over 44 yrs. how can I go 2 a polling station and vote 4 a woman who told believers
“those with strong religious belief must change.”
She was on TV and was asked, Mrs Clinton are u saying if a mother is about to give birth tomorrow morning this baby in the womb has no rights? and she answered.
“Yes the constitution dose not give the person in the womb no rights.”
Of course she is so crooked, as a lawyer so knows that if u kill a pregnant woman u are charged with 2 murders.Did u noticed she called the baby in the womb a person

      J. John-Charles:

Thank you for your November 11, 2016 comment and the additional information.

I cannot vote in the States. I am glad I did not have that responsibility. I would not have voted for either Trump OR Clinton. My wife (of 53 years) and I take pride in being pro-life and pro-Biblical marriage with traditional Judeo Christian values.

So many have religion but not salvation. They must be born again according to John 3:3 which means to be regenerated or inwardly made new. This only happens when we trust Christ ALONE for salvation, and depend ONLY on what HE did for us on the cross to put our sins away. It is so clear in Romans 5:6-9! Also read Ephesians 2:8,9 with John 3:16,17 and 36!

      Sincerely, Rev, Donald Hill.

These people are absolutely ridiculous. So Trump won the elections not by illegal measures or by a coup-d’etat but by the ballot system and they want to create riot eh.

I wonder if these people are doing this of their own accord or whether there are some covert actors behind the scenes pulling the strings of these people to agitate them into carrying out these foolish, nothing-positive-to-be-gained protest actions.

Anti-Trump forces seem to be up in arms about Trump’s statements re:illegal immigration & deportation. A lot of these anti-Trump forces appear to be Obama/Clinton/Democratic party supporters.

I wonder if these anti-Trump forces know about this – http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/obamas-deportation-policy-numbers/story?id=41715661

Do some reading on how college campuses are being used to drive leftist agendas. This goes pretty deep. Most of these people have no idea what they’re about, all they are is a bunch of useful idiots being manipulated by powerful people who want to create chaos that benefits their agenda.

AMERICA will be what Americans make it.

Trump does not honor the sanctity of marriage.

He has not shown due respect for womanhood.

He has shown bias against Black people.

He has shown a lack of respect for the disabled.

He has threatened to stop immigrants from entering the USA and run migrants out of the country. Not only did he say he would keep Muslims out of the country. He said he would meet them at he border and blow the hell out of them :!: He has announced he would build a “wall” separating Mexico and the USA. Worst still, he has said he would MAKE Mexico pay for that wall :!: He has called Mexicans drug pushers, rapists, and criminals. On issues where he would have had the evangelical vote he flip flopped, changed his mind, and said such outlandish things he lost our confidence.

So how did he win? Many Americans have had enough of the Clintons. Many who did not want Trump simply refused to vote. Is there more to this? Time may tell…

    • Cowboy
      November 10, 2016

Yes there is more. It is simply this. Many white Americans felt they needed a bully and demagogue to put people of color back into a position of subservience. Which as they see it is the meaning of “Make America great again. Meaning make America very white looking and white controlled again. I have little doubt they would like to take it things back to pre-civil rights or maybe even pre-emancipation. A quick look at the breakout of the demographics will tell you the not so hidden message of this election.

      • November 12, 2016

If Trump’s racism runs this deep it is worse than I thought, evil, and very sad indeed. I sincerely hope you are wrong about this. But I am more concerned about his lack of a moral compass and his dislike (loathing?) for anybody other than people of European descent. His threat of putting up a wall between America and Mexico is scary. Did he mention a wall between America and Canada and then fish tail? I don’t know the latest on this.

        Sincerely, Rev. Donald Hill.

You forgot to mention how bad the Obama administration is and was. The clintons, cabal foundation, deleting 30 thousand emails, and destroying 19 cell phone, so the FBI and the world would not see the evidence. That why TRUMP got 52 percent of woman vote, 15 percent of male black vote, And the republicans control both houses (congress)

As President Obama said “don’t boo, vote”. Many of these people could not make time to vote, then a day later they are on the streets protesting? That’s a bit rich.

The people who have the most to lose, are the least likely to get off their collective asses and vote. I see it time and time again in the US where majority black populations are being oppressed by white local administrations and they sit back, complain and cannot make time to go to the polling station to make their voices heard.

They have one bit of power, their vote, and yet they refuse to use it to their advantage.

I am so tired of these types.

      November 10, 2016

Thank you. I’ve been saying the same thing. Any American who complains to me about Trump, my first question to them is, “did you vote?”

    • bro
      November 10, 2016

actually they did use it to their advantage. The DNC took its voter base for granted and imposed an unpopular candidate who had called black youth super predators. Whose husband signed off on the mass incarceration of black men. It wasn’t the Bushes or Reagan, it was Bill Clinton. How is voting for someone like that to our advantage? Someone whose husband f-ed up our local banana industry when he forcibly shoved Dole and Chitiqa down the Brits throats (took them to the WTO courts).

If there’s anything to be tired of is people telling other people to continue to fall in line for shit that doesn’t work. I bet next elections the DNC and their candidate wont take blacks for granted. You want our vote- work for it. Till then FORK OFF!

Thank you so much for being one of the few with eyes wide open. Some of these people have no idea who they’re supporting. I’m not a fan of Trump but only caribbean people who have no idea about american history would think putting another Clinton democrat in office is a good idea.

lolol. It serve them right. take what you get. Trump is who america really is and what it was created to represent. a new nation for whites escaping religious and political prosecution. It was never intended for any other race or persons. Their constitution was written for them (the white men – slaves asians and women were not allowed to vote or considered eligible until the 19th and 20th century). Yes they have taken their country back. like it or lump it they have leveled the playing field through mass incarcerations, unsolved homocides, felony statuses, immigration restrictions etc. Yes there are millions of people living and working in america but how many are actually eligible to vote? Either way. it is more than time for that country to crumble and fall and i for one am glad Trump won. Isis wouldnt even worry with that place again. they will let it blow up on its own. laugh they laughing at america now.

      November 10, 2016

Don’t blame white people for “taking their country back”. They knew what they wanted and made time to vote to get what they wanted. If stupid Black people and Latinos don’t want to “take their country back”, that is their business. Let them sit back and complain among themselves. That will really get them somewhere.

you are so right. black people complain the most, they are more disadvantage, but the are better at fighting each other than for each other.the power was in their hands to make a difference but they stayed home instead and not vote.the few that voted, though most for hillary, but some of the sanders supporters voted for trump. black born americans are the dumbest and uneducated people in america..they voting for the president who is from their party but voting for a republican for the senate which makes no sense.the people in the senate and house has the power and not the president..obama was a typical example.

look at who is protesting? Whites not blacks. So taking the country back sentences doesn’t make any sense. America was not the white mans’ land. Check history. It belongs to the American Indians who they took the land from and placed them on a reservation. They should be saying that
