Trump reaches the magic number to clinch Republican nomination

trumpDonald Trump reached the number of delegates needed to clinch the Republican nomination for president Thursday, completing an unlikely rise that has upended the political landscape and set the stage for a bitter fall campaign.

Trump was put over the top in the Associated Press delegate count by a small number of the party’s unbound delegates who told the AP they would support him at the national convention in July. Among them is Oklahoma GOP chairwoman Pam Pollard.

“I think he has touched a part of our electorate that doesn’t like where our country is,” Pollard said. “I have no problem supporting Mr Trump.”

It takes 1,237 delegates to win the Republican nomination. Trump has reached 1,238. With 303 delegates at stake in five state primaries on June 7, Trump will easily pad his total, avoiding a contested convention in Cleveland.

office I can clearly remember that the people of California voted down same sex marriage..Isn’t it the law of the land now…My part as a child of GOD is to pray for those in authority.GOD is the one that pulls up and brings down..all power belongs to HIM.And so, should Trump be the President,HE (GOD) knows why..To a child of GOD there’s nothing scary about that..HE said, fear no man..man can only touch the flesh..instead fear HIM,HE’s the only one that is able to destroy both body and soul…Politics, same sex marriage, abortion etc..are all heading to the same place, and the children of GOD knows that..it’s for that reason we do not fear..and apart JAHOVAH didn’t give us a spirit of fear..so allow the world to do what it has to do and we the children of GOD keep on doing the LORD’s business..
JAHOVAH is on the Throne not Donald Trump…..

  2. May 29, 2016

I will say it time and time again ..JAHOVAH GOD’s children have no business in politics..notice I say GOD’s children and not christians since these days all are christians..YESHUA ( JESUS ) said render to Caesar what’s Caesar and to GOD what’s GOD..I know some of you who know the word might be saying, what HE said had to do with taxes..but I believe it can be applied to the entire world political system..it’s for that reason that I call politics, Caesar’s doctrine, diametrically opposite to the doctrine of GOD..Sometime ago I spoke to a Pastor about that.He said, they’re choosing a President not a Pastor and some will even utter trash words as, choose from the two evils, lesser or greater. Such trash should never be uttered by a true child of GOD..there’s no lesser or greater evil, evil is evil across the board..I’ve heard some say, should the child of GOD not get involve in the political process how are they going to change things…In 2008 when President Obama first ran for…

Trump’s success is translated into America’s disgust to giving poor politician’s the power to share food; they end up eating all. Doesn’t this practice hit close to home?

If Donald Trump becomes President of the United States, Dominicans should expect lots of assistance from the U.S. Vince once said Linton was jealous of him because he was rubbing shoulders with Donald Trump.

  5. For those of you who interested and wants to learn, go to Danielle 11 of the Bible, read carefully to find out what is going and right into the War of Armageddon–the things which are happening today should not be taken lightly.

And know that the younger you are the more you should prepare to be part of the end this worldly system and its wicked and evil Nations–the Great Tribulation is not going to be a piece of cake, here is what Jesus said about those days: Matthew 24: 21 -22

“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened”

I view America is in trouble. If Trump wins the election, some Americans are considering moving to Canada. There have been much talk about that. It is left to see if Trump wins how many of them will really move. If he wins I expect they will wait to see how he performs and then decide to remain in the US or move to Canada or elsewhere.

Well, if Trump wins, it looks like the “mouth” population in Canada will increase significantly.

The same goes for the other puppet, Hillary Clinton. It does not require half a brain to recognize that this 2-party American system is a scam. The politicians represent the wealthy lobbyists and special interest groups, while the poor malaway minorities still insist on fighting among themselves in their support of Republicans/Democrats. Blacks have been replaced by the Hispanics as the darling voting bloc of the Democrats, and blacks are too stupid to recognize that their votes are being taken for granted. All you hear from the Democrats is what are we going to do/give to the hispanics to get the hispanic vote, because they are so sure of the black vote. At the end of the day, when all is said and done, blacks will still be kranana while Trump/Clinton continue to rake in millions from their special interests. Until Blacks stand up as a unified bloc and insist that their vote is something the politicians must work hard for, then blacks will continue to be marginalized and disrespected,

  11. I am a Canadian. What happens in the U.S.A. has a bearing on us here in Canada so naturally I am concerned.

I cannot imagine many Americans being happy with where their nation is at this time. The dilemma is what choice do they have?

    Personally, I find Trump scary.

What he says at any given time depends on who he is addressing. He will change his stance on a dime. When he is campaigning in evangelical territory he is a champion of the faith. When he is speaking to a crowd of predominately secular humanists he laughs at religion. He has been known to talk about how many women he has had and joke about his sexually transmitted diseases.

A pastor or an evangelist cannot tell you who to vote for. But to people of faith I am allowed to say this.
Learn all you can about each candidate. Vote for the one who best reflects your values. Christians should vote for a candidate who upholds the moral code God has given us in the New Testament.

    Sincerely, Rev. Donald Hill…

These two, Hilary and Trump are out of it. Granted, Canadians also have reason for concern because Canada will be affected one way or the other. I feel sorry for the Americans.
If Trump wins, Canada’s PM Justine Trudeau will welcome him. I do not have confidence in this PM. He wants to legalize marijuana.
I heard he will be the first PM in Canada to participate in the gay pride parade. Oh my!
When he elbowed the minister in Parliament and caused a stir by also shouting, the discussion was pertaining to euthanasia. I told someone there is a reason why this occurred to stop this discussion be it temporary.
He said he will introduce this gender issue.
This PM is too liberal. He is trying to please every interest group.
I also said to someone His late father, former PM, Pierre Trudeau must be rolling in his grave to see what his son as PM is doing.

    • This is what happened to both American and Canadian people in their last two federal elections. It was as if a spell had been cast over them.

Millions of poor souls who reject Christ and miss the rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17) will accept the antichrist (false messiah), receive the mark of the beast, and be damned. (2 Thessalonians 2:9-12, Revelation 13:16,17, and Revelation 20:15.)

Many of these will be people who were taught differently. They knew better. But in that day logic will mean nothing to minds and hearts what have been seared by sin, and hardened by years of Christ rejection.

My friend, I encourage you to trust Christ now, and receive Him as your Savior to be ready for the rapture, and escape the delusion that is soon to come. (Romans 5:6-9, 1 John 1:7, St. John 1:11,12, and St. John 3:16,17)

      Sincerely, Rev. Donald Hill. Evangelist.

The majority of Canadians who voted for Justine Trudeau are probably regretting it. The worst is yet to come.
You heard of those marijuana dispensaries which the police raided downtown. They were also conducting drug trafficking. I knew this would occur.
When this PM announced that he will legislate it next year, some people were rejoicing. Then all of a sudden some marijuana dispensaries sprouted up all over the city. The concern is also they are situated near schools.
The Mayor said he does not want them all over the City.
A few weeks ago I observed one a few blocks from where I reside. There is a Catholic Church and school near by, only two blocks away.
I do not know if the Mayor knows about it. I told someone I will email the Mayor about it. I will first call his office.
The police should know about it for it is blocks away from the police station in the area where I reside.
        God help Canada!

I hope he makes America a better place as he promised. How he will do this if we wins the presidency, only time will tell.
He is full of words. Whatever he introduces, he must have the approval of the Senate and other members.

    • Where they were before is not as bad as where they are now. The same applies here in Canada.

At this crisis time in history North America needs national leaders who will keep terrorists out, and promote family values.

We do not need refugees with false passports in their purses or briefcases and daggers under their coats: people who have pledged allegiance to a non existing or false god, and come with bombs strapped to their bodies.

Immigrants are welcome in Canada but we do not need their heathen religions. We do not want the violence they represent and we detest their treatment of women. I preach a higher and better way of life. At this moment as I write our people are being deceived (brainwashed) into accepting something less.

We need the clear preaching of the gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) (Galatians 1:8,9) and a revival of New Testament Christianity in word and deed.

      Sincerely, Rev. Donald Hill. Evangelist.

May God preserve the U.S.A. Should Trump become its President that country will be become isolated. There are very few consumer goods other countries buy from the U.S.A. we don’t want their cars and don’t have to buy their planes either, while they import a lot from others. They can try and revive their own industries but it will be costly and in order to keep wages down they ironically will have to rely on cheap migrant labour. Ironic isn’t it? Trump’s grandfather came as an immigrant to the U.S.A. to create a better life for himself, which he now wants to deny to others. Some people never learn from history. Beginning of the end for mighty U.S.A. I feel sorry for the American people.

    • Is that the editorial “we”?

Preachers like myself are ducking behind their pulpits, and evangelical Christians are hiding under their pews.

Of coursed I am exaggerating. Seriously, we are praying “They will be done.” We know we are approaching the final wind-up of the present gospel age. Here is what I see. It is a living prophetical word.

God will use human foolishness to choose the world’s leaders for the next seven years of history as we know it. Ultimately they will give their nations into the hands of the anti-christ.

The people who go into office now are being positioned by God. He is putting them where He wants them. They will be the prime players in the end time drama. Soon the stage will be set. The curtain will rise. And “…unto them that look for him shall he appear …” (Hebrews 9:28)

DNO will post its most important news article ever.

We are in the end times. We just do not know when God will get tired of these immoralities in all lands and decide to send down his fire and brimstone.
Have you heard of “The Three Day Darkness?” You can Google it. The information should be on the Internet. A few years ago someone sent me a copy. I have made copies and given to some people. I will be making more to distribute. We are to spread it as each one reaches one. It is for the entire world, to prepare everyone for it. We do not know if it will occur in our lifetime but it will sooner or later.
In one of her messages some years ago, The Mother of God said: “The world is in a state of sin, worst than at the deluge.” We note what is occurring.
God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. I cannot believe that this abomination is occurring in this era. They do not fear God.
This is why some leaders are getting worst. Note the US. Who will be the US President? God knows. A few more months and we will know.

There is a song on one of my religious tapes, “When You Pray, Pray for America.”
America needs prayers. Of course, no exception every country of the world.

    • I would think America has had enough of the Clintons but I thought Canada had enough of the Trudeaus and I was wrong.

The majority of people walk the broad and crowded road that leads to hell and destruction. Many identify with the liberalism of these candidates. They want leaders that approve of homosexuality, abortion, marijuana, doctor assisted suicide, and other evils.

While Christians sit on their Bibles and sing

      Twiddle dee dee
      Twiddle dee dee
      What will be will be.

Satan’s man or woman grabs the reigns of power and the nation moves closer to the brink.

I encourage Christians in America and every other country to pray for wisdom at election time. Vote for the Candidate that honors the Word of God by being for the things God is for and against what God is against if you can find one. If not just make sure you have your ascension robes on! Be ready for the shout!

      “Even so come Lord Jesus.”

I am not a supporter of Donald Trump, neither am I a Republican; in fact I am a registered independent, but the truth is as unpresidential as Trump may have been, I have to salute him for beating so many big name Republicans. As an American I am undecided as to who to vote for at this time, though I might just not vote at all. As far as the November race is concerned I feel Trump will get a whooping from either Hilary or Sanders and he will not become president. However even if he were to win it would be a win for me because I believe if Trump became President he would tighten the screws on the likes of Skerrit and other corrupt leaders in the region. In fact under a Trump presidency Skerrit would have a new address for the next 15-20 years, very close to where his friends NG Lap Seng and Ashe will be. I feel Hilary would try to weaken the case against their old friend NG, and Skerrit will be encouraged to be more corrupt. For that and that only, I would support Trump.

Man’s day soon will end. God’s day is about to begin. The fools who have used DNO to spew out their hatred towards God, His Word, and His church will have nowhere to hide.

At the close of WW 2 when the bombs fell upon Japan men who never prayed before in their lives were seen praying in the streets.

Its not America’s bombs people need to fear. The Word of God says …

“…the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire, taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:”
