Jollys Pharmacy’s 6th annual celebration of the company’s Customer Appreciation Week is underway. The week started on Monday.
PRO, Carlton Lanquedoc told DNO that it is a week of “giving back to the public what the public deserves.”
Jolly’s Pharmacy began the celebration in 2013 with what was originally a day of customer appreciation. “It was originally the third Thursday in July, usually to mark the commemoration of budget week,” explained Lanquedoc. However,after the huge patronage from the public, the decision was made to extend the celebration to an entire week. This is the 5th year with a week long celebration.
Lanquedoc explained that the reason behind this celebration is because Jolly’s is not Jolly’s without its customers and that the pharmacy has grown because of the commitment to Dominicans and vice versa. “We have a social responsibility to give back,” he pledged.
The company celebrates by offering massive discounts, giveaways and vouchers to customers. On monday they hosted a massive Cardio Jam session in collaboration with Triple Kay on the Bayfront to celebrate the progression and growth of the pharmacy.
Lanquedoc expresses that the friendship between the public and Jollys Pharmacy is important. “There is a sense of comradery and reciprocity. We are so appreciative that we have no choice but to give back what we get. All we ask is that the people keep being loyal to the brand as well,” said Lanquedoc
Customer Appreciation Week runs from July 15th to 19th.
