Lottery player wins $40,000 first-ever jackpot in KENO game

Catherine Dubois has won the jackpot prize of $40,000.00 in the Dominica National Lottery (DNL) Blast game, KENO.

According to information from DNL, this is the first time that someone has hit the jackpot in the KENO Game.
