They cannot go to an entertainment place without carrying a gun. Why? Looking for trouble? People attend for fun; not to be injured or murdered.
These people spoil those areas and will prevent some people from ever attending those functions.
Those who go to those places should be searched for weapons at the gate. This should be a condition for entrance. Or warn them not to carry a gun.
Turnstiles are necessary which will detect weapons. Work with the police to avoid these incidents.

Do you not reside in the US? How can you lay the blame on them? Did they cause the man to be shot or shot him? Explain yourself.
I do think your comment is stupidity.

DNO, the incident was not alleged. It is an established fact.

The story is not known, how he happened to be shot and by whom. The perpetrator has not yet been caught; not yet charged. This may be the reason why it is alleged.
