ole mass is crazy
Yesssssssss Ai, that is Traditional Carnival at it’s patriotic peek. I’m loving it. I’m not a dermotologist but if this is Real Ole Oil that can be damaging to one’s skin. I think Charcoal would be a lot healthier. Skerrit and the Ministry of health should look into that.
this is not oil..it is actually charcoal that is being used
Why do we have to associate Black with the devil?????? It is time that we embrace who we are.
SEE THOSE STUPID DEVIL PEOPLE…. GIVE ALLU LIFE TO CHRIST INSTEAD
Darn hypocrite
what makes you think they have not given their life to christ?
i support that we..give der life to christ instead
Smart or intelligent people don’t call people stupid. Your hypocrisy prevents you fom being a part of the carnival sorry. Only devil people can judge people and point out devil people from a photo.
You dont know them, Dont judge them.
That’s a very foolish statement to broadcast.. It’s appauling to see that Dominicans still speak with such tones and mannerism…. You need to know someone personally before you even try to judge them!!!! Only God can judge
Nice to see that these guys are still doing there thing.. Keep the cuture strong

Wow wow wow ……this is very devilish. We should not be promoting this.
Haha if you’re refering to “Satan: (Judeo-Christian and Islamic religions) chief spirit of evil and adversary of God; tempter of mankind; master of Hell” when you say devilish then you should know that he was called Lucifer which comes from the latin word for light. So black does not equal devilish. But i’m only assuming that was what you were referring to since so many people seem to think that. Some people’s perception are so warped by social norms and misinformation. I bet you also think all angels are two-winged humanoids.
Yeah sot “wow” sot! Everything that has to do with our culture is “devilish” but when is the white man culture, we all over it. Sot!
Reply to listen to reason
You are so right as to point out the misconception people have with the the word “Lucifer” as you correctly said, it simply means “light bearer.” that is the meaning given in any dictionary. Why is it when people have a set of religious beliefs and concepts they always quick to pass judgment on other people based on their religious concepts and teachings, using their religion as the standard to judge other peoples behavior.
What’s devilish? Is it the color of the painted bodies or the costume? I doh’t see anything devilish. I would more look at the action and call it devilish . It’s carnival and people will come out with different costumes . Once they enjoy themselves in a peaceful and respectable manner is what matters..
wow, wow, wow, express yourself properly nuh….what about it is devilish??? enlighten me nuh please.
