Prime Minister, Roosevelt Skerrit, has expressed displeasure with contractors engaged by the government who are dishonest in using resources for the intended purpose, saying they are “really pissing me off.”
He warned that unscrupulous contractors risk losing contracts if they are caught cheating the Government.
He spoke at the opening of a Smart Centre in Grand Fond on August 23rd 2017.
“There are some contractors in this country, -and some of them are really pissing me off to be honest with you- you give them a contract to fix a house for an old lady, to build a washroom for an old lady, and in the contract it is for a new face basin, everything new, new tiles and everything, but you have some contractors who have badness in this country who go on abandoned sites, old projects, and take a face basin and put it for this poor, old lady,” he stated.
He sent out a clear message to such contractors that in the event of a project being assessed and the feedback from the beneficiaries or the government being not satisfactory, then such contractors will “never get a contract from this government again.”
“I am sending a very clear message to all contractors, I am not calling names because they are all listening to me tonight, but if we come to visit the homes of the people, or we give you to construct a road, a contract to build a home, or whatever contract it is, and the people are not satisfied or the government is not satisfied, I am telling you tonight you will never get a contract from this government again,” Skerrit said.
He noted that there must be a higher level of diligence, and contractors must simply “do the work properly,” and to the satisfaction of the residents if they want to realize a more prosperous nation.
“We have to be more diligent and we have to execute the works properly. Because if we want to get to where we want to be as a prosperous nation, every one of us must be more diligent. We cannot only call on the Prime Minister to be more diligent, everyone in this country has an equal responsibility to the future of Dominica and therefore we must play our part in working diligently and more productively,” he remarked.
The Prime Minister announced that $3-million will go towards housing assistance in Grand Fond and plans are in place to have a housing officer reside in the area to oversee the works of contractors and ensure that that the resources provided are not squandered or misused.
I all my years in Dominica The only group more corrupt than the Builders are the Politicians
I was working with one such so called contractor, and de man doh know nothing about construction. Them man just getting jobs and hiring us de young people with no experience to build de toilets, when we ask mister how to do certain things de man doh know, and he say he have more to do. he getting $4000.
We all feel the same way about our politicians.
” The PM is too nice” said Austrie. The PM is too trusting. He is trusting that people will do their job. Sir nobody cares. They will smile and wear red because they want something, but they will not be efficient. The lacadaysical behavior of contractors has been reinstated. It has been going on for years. No one cares for efficiency and effectiveness anymore. The closing of the Marigot hospital demonstrate a lack of building management because there is no accountability….no heads rolled. This attitude that if you are working for government you do not have to care for efficiency has to stop now.
A meeting has to be called to explain to contractors that a new attitude is required. Seminars and training must be implemented to change this mind set if we are to develop. We need auditors, inspectors and quality control officers to ensure proper implementation of contracts. Nothing must be left to chance.
I left D.A. my home , in march , my question is the post office in Roseau, has the eye sore been fix? and nobody is talking about it while money is given away to different constituencies for votes, people need to call on MAAT in the morning and ask about when is the post office renovation project is gonna be completed , it is an eye sore that doctor recik cant fix , first think the cruise ship and ferry passengers see for four years , can we fix the Roseau the main capital post office please skerro ? people call the radio station and ask about the post office completion.
Real talk . Every one needs to play their part and stop causing the pm to get a bad name cause he is working for the country so lets work with him and not against him and this goes for representatives as well . People need to play their roles in this nation cause in the end our hard working pm getting too much blame for the poor efforts of others who are appointed to do the work of the government. I am just as pissed off as the pm and maybe even more
Well the PM has to appoint special inspectors and quality control officers to oversea projects. There should be penalty clause in the contracts. You cannot leave anything to chance and expect good management. You need close supervision.
Keep your balls on Junior, P.M. has a great sense of entitlement so he must take everything he gets, the good but also the bad. He can not just take credit all the time and when things go wrong blame it on others. Is his name Trump?
You know what, P.M. Roosevelt Skerrit is pissed off because he got found out about Monfared, Madueke, Lap Seng, Corallo and now the next one is his friend P.M. Schotte from Curacao, who had his appeal against a three jail sentence for corruption, bribery and fraud with Corallo rejected last month. You can read it in the Curacao Chronicle for yourself. Is he who introduced Corallo to Roosevelt Skerrit. That wonky basin and crappytoilet in Grand Fond is just a diversion, trust me.
Is BY-ELECTION imminent in the G FOND(Mourne Jaune) Constituency? Why should Skerrit refer to the elderly as “Old”? This is unacceptable in 2017..Does he know the meaning of “”Piss Off””?
SHAME ON THIS PM! He needs to privately hire an english teacher. Is he at war with the english language? No wonder he cannot dabate!!
SKERRIT MUST GO
SKERRIT MUST GO
SKERRIT MUST GO NOW!
That is why Dominica will not move forward because of y’all foolish comments.
I do hope these labour supporters heard your message loud and clear. They must not believe its my party and what I do is ok. Thanks PM for now taking a serious stand this nonsense must stop. This must be at all level of Government.
Also employ the UWP constructors to see if there is a difference. Amen
It’s called due diligence. You don’t award contracts to people without vetting them first (or just giving them to friends, family etc ….). It’s a no brainer and standard practice. The taxpayer should be ‘pissed off’ at the government’s negligence. It is time to end the nepotism that is rife within government and the civil service.
Eh ben, I wonder if these contractors include those who were supposed to build the Moroccan hotel at the Cabrits and the Layou one. I sent a photo of the Cabrits one to the king of Morocca for his birthday saying “thank you”, this what your friend Roosevelt did with your money.
I agree. I dont noramally agree, but i wont oppose for the sake of opposition. what your just said is truth, and should be so from all governments. If your are given a job you are held accountable, and is not “well so it is, or so it does be sometimes”.. that is not acceptable
He is just like Trump. All this happening on his watch but he is shifting the responsibility to someone else. Skerrit, you are the boss, not so?
Chien paka fait chat, Mr. Prime Minister. You expect anything better from your contractors when you should set the example. This government is sooooo corrupt, the Leader is more corrupt, the people and the contractors adore the corrupted Leader and government, they cannot be different, so stop crying Prime Minister and fix yourself and they will fix themselves. Mango cannot fall off pear tree.
PM Skerrit ‘pissed off’ at dishonest local contractors: That should read:
The Dominican People are “Pissed off” at the very dishonest Skerrit, he has failed us.
Skerrit, we have been pissed off with you and government now for over 17 years painful years. Shut your mouth and get out of our prime Mininister office and take your Labour rogues with you. That is what is needed , not you r loud mouth “pissed off” attitude. You are failed leader, a disgrace to Dominica and its people. The people entrusted you , reluctantly with the office of PM and you have failed big Time….man get lost, get out and Everytime your pen your mouth to say something it fall back on you….all nine fingers are pointing at you. Who on earth do you think you are to abuse states funds and not account for it…..well, you are a failed Prime Mininister and you will be in the history books as a political nuisance and big disappointment.
Skerrit must Go
Skerrit Must Go
…and now.
Gasp! Are we talking about ACCOUNTABILITY? In Dominica? OMG!
Yes we are talking about accountability which we did not have when a certain lady managed the Convent handcraft center and then the credit union. why do you want to stay in Canada and try to degrade Dominica which gave you and your family your foundation and start in life. I guess your sarcastic remarks make you feel better than us, but it just show your plantation master mentality.
When will this Prime Minister juvenile behaviour, expressions and mannerism end. Is this the kind of language our children should be learning and repeating from a Prime Minister? Does the Prime Minister realise that the expression, “pissing me off” which originated from the UK actually means and is the same as saying to “F” off? I dear not spell the “F” word because DNO may not publish it, but does the Prime Minister know that? Really, this is the extent of the vocabulary of our Head of State? Dominicans not embarrassed by this? Well I am fed up and truly disappointed. You are the Prime Minister, act like it! Raise the standards for our youths! http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Piss%20Off
And remember, this PM was an english teacher,at our State College. What a SHAME!! Is so we have become? He also told the people a few years ago “”GO TO HELL”” 3times.Its none of their DAM business, where Labour Party is getting its money.
SKERRIT MUST GO
SKERRIT MUST GO
SKERRIT MUST GO NOW
You will go before him if you don’t stop your foolish comments and get something better to do.
When we have to give so much kickback to our palrep you expect us to put new face basin for the old lady? boy used toilets and face basins.
Let’s be real, some of us don’t know the difference between a face basin and a urinal.
Are you referring to the labour party supporters that you think are contractors? of those you gave 18 million dollars to build one bridge?
Shame on dishonest contractors. It is stealing which is a crime. Getting money under false pretense. They want the money but they do not deliver the goods or provide improper ones. God will punish you. In fact, your dishonesty will punish yourself.

Not long ago one of them wanted to take the PM to court for granting a contract to a non-resident. They made such a fuss over that. Now, when given the contracts they do not adhere to honesty. Do they not realize that they will be found out?
PM, if contractors prove to be dishonest, bypass them next time. It will be their fault and hope they do not complain when they are not contracted.
Also taking advantage of the vulnerable, it would “piss me off” too!
Daddy skirooo I know you read DNO so please let me tell you something you don’t know how run a country Roseau is a messsss
U guys in dominica dont know how good you are u get free houses low intrest rates an investement friendly govt and what Pm skerrit gets in return your hate and anger for him and his govt you should be ashamed of your selves
Believe me Guyana, our P.M. believes he deserves every thing he gets!
Skerrit, there is a very easy fix for this. All you have to do is to withhold 10% to 20% of the total contract pending a satisfactory inspection. If the contractor is in default of the contract then he does not get the balance until he has rectified the problem at his cost Easy!
Do you remember what the opposition leader told Sam Raphael? “DON’T BUILD BACK JUNGLE BAY BECAUSE IT WILL MAKE THE GOVERNMENT LOOK GOOD” (or words to that effect) this tells you these guys have no love of country so they will try to undermine anything that is good in the country but good will always destroy evil.
As we see in the reports those so called contractors are usually dressed in red and we all know what it means. Okay but many of them are not competent. Do we have a system where these contractor s get qualified and are licensed or registered as what is done in other countries e.g.Jamaica. In Jamaica you must pass exams and pay a licence fee to practice as a tradesman. So PM consider regulating the system if you are really serious .
MAN bite dog your name said it all , you must be a rabid dog, you need to see a vetiaenarian and get a rabies shot to cure your ills , all the man asked was a simple question why you have 2 call him a calabash head , that was rude on you part , and you should apologize .
Just recently Catherine Daniel, Minister of social services blamed the Village councils for lack of accountability and not reporting to Gov’t. But it is Skerritt and his DLP Gov’t who have been dishing out thousands of $$$$ just like that to Village Councils, without those VC’s submitting any project proposals and costings. Nothing in place to ensure that VC’s account for or report periodically. The Parl. reps have been in control of those projects and funds, giving their DLP supporters the jobs. Gov’t is to be blamed, not the village councils The politicians know they do not have the capacity to take on, monitor and account for those projects or huge sums of $$$$.
Now again, soon after that blaming, Skerritt chastises the local contractors. But it is the DLP gov’t that, without proper tendering, just give their supporters the jobs, whether they are capable,or skilled enough to do those jobs. They have deliberately mashed up Public works. for their greed Wicked
there’s somethings peculiar about children _ when they shy away and cover their faces with their hands, they think that since they don’t see you, you can not see them. With all these government things going on in Dominica, I think that we have enough kids.
Is this guy for real? This guy is the last person to be talking down to people about accountability
Fish rots from the head down.So what took the government so long to find out that shady things were going on with the contractors. There were systems in place to ensure accountability in the past but now with the red clinic and “if you are not red you better off dead policy,we see nepotism, corruption and waste of the country’s resources under labour party. When we hear of thousands of dollars being given out for numerous projects across the country, now we know for sure that it’s money wasted under Skerritt. After 17 years in office what level of discipline has the government instituted in the country and on itself. No wonder the country is so backward. What are they going to do about it?
Let’s all together for the first time be very proud of a great visionary and CEO of our great country under management of Dr Roosevelt skerritt . He spoke about business and the way forward , ethics is on the top, there is no room for dishonest people , we need people with intelligence who is willing to work hard and put the time that’s neccesary to succeed as a people . I thought I was at a share holder meeting listening to the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway , Warren Buffett . Let us all say bravo to what is needed to building a great economy . Thank you for making progress in my life time .
PM in other words that’s corruption . glad that you’re pissed off but CAN YOU cleanse the system . PM please go on a retreat.
Glad to know you are pissed off at unscrupulous contractors. I just hope you are equally pissed off at corrupt government officials.
Does anyone have a mirror to hand to our PM?
Mr Pm, now that you make those statements I don agree with you and now You have my ear, Please tell us / me what is the problem with the post office repairs , 8 years now I think maybe more maybe less.
I waited for an answer to the Netball stadium, now even the iron rust the stadium is no more and the Lauren bannis Netball stadium cannot be explained.
Now before the post office rust as well , please tell me about the general post office.
That post office is a dangerous structure. Is so you want to present a negative image tp visitors. Fix thtat place, it more important than the state house in my opinion.
These are the things that will happen when the government is corrupt, the whole system gets corrupt, so dont blame then now,
Only your labour supporters you all give projects so trust me boss they learn from the best! If the river is dirty from the source there is definitely going to be dirt down the river.
Thank you PM. Not only building contractors. The people contracted to clean and repair the roads are just as guilty. They sit down the whole day and give mediocre jobs.
Really?is the Prime Minister the same person who has spent the past months giving out chequers for hundreds of thousands of dollars for spurious schemes by village councils followed by Parliamentary Reps for small business?
Utter and total corruption aided by the Prime Minister.
Well said PM skerritt.Thats the real PM Skerritt of old. Dominicans can be sickening at times. Those contractors who rub n steal from poor people n the state are unkind.
Mr Skerritt must keep an eye on the so called Labour supporters who manage the projects especially the washrooms n houses. There are to many unfinished washrooms n toilets in Dominica. Mr Skerritt must have an office where such cases can be reported. Court action must be taken against those wicked contractors. They do it in the north, south, east n West. Pm Skerritt beware of those who support you only because of fast money.
You sound a bit llike Matt this morning trying to persuade listeners to praise Roosevelt Skerrit and give him credit for saying that he is pissed off. Honestly I get so annoyed with Matt at times. This should not have happened in the first place. We are only a small country and this should be easy to follow up and control. Matt, in case you don’t know, it is Roosevelt Skerrit who is in charge of our country and these things happen under his control. Matt I think you need to grow up and make clear where your loyalties are. People who sit on the fence do not win a cricket match, they just sit.
Make a public example of one of these unscrupulous contractors and the rest will fall in line…I can guarantee!
Skerrit is one to talk..poor Dominicans..Is the PM honest with himself first? The Contractors feel well in line ’cause leadership is everything!
So P.M. are you not pissed at the Parl.Reps, who award contracts and their percentage has to be included. You should be really pissed at that, the situation called contractors live what they learn
The construction process in Dominica is extremely labor intensive. That being the case, contractors wield immense power over their clients. In other countries, things are streamlined and there are vendors galore. For example, one can walk into a kitchen center design their kitchen and have it professionally installed within a week or two. While dishonesty exist everywhere, competition means that actors are forced to act in the best interest of their clients. Failure to do so will lead to bad publicity and a loss of future business.
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSS I almost fall off from my balance. Carmem the pot calling the kettle black Mr. Skerritt my love you can’t be cheating the country but yet want to call out by standards for the same thing you’re doing. You pissing out my spirits right now.
These GOVT contract projects are not handed out base on adequate skilled or capability but to party supporters.
Therefore the resultant will always be compromised projects.
The GOVT is alleged to compromise the process for procurement and bidding of GOVT contracts by contractors so they should not be surprised at the outcome!!!!!!!
Yes, so true, now their bobol habits are in the open, he is ashamed to say he Skerrit has failed and now want to blame contractors. This corrupt government has bypassed all the qualified contractors and advisers in Dominica and bend over to their corrupt party faithful, wherever they are. We need a state inquiry into the operations of this Corrupt Labour Government lead by their inept Skerrit, so called leader. What a shame, these nincompoops continue to hurt us Dominicans., we want them out of office
It is called corruption Mr. PM and what goes around comes around. Y are not the only one who is “pissed off”, we all are. Too much corruption in the country. Captain, the ship is sinking.
Well if you know they are just don’t give them any more contracts. It’s that simple
It’s your supporters who get contracts anyway….
So what’s your point?
some of the contractor are not qualified and they are the ones getting the jobs from government.
Thats not all. Most of the people who get the contracts are not qualified to do the work. They have no training in that field. It is time that we be honext and faie.
Stop giving the jobs and projects to people because the support or pretend to support the ruling party.
what kind of project do you expect to get?
In Dominica any body buikding house, any body conxtructing bridge.
Too much comess going on.
There is no accountability.
we need to get serious other wise will will continue to be the kaxt class cacarats.
are the under the table kickbacks part of this dishonesty , or is it all smiles!!
Wow, the PM is talking about being pissed off at dishonesty?!?
PM, the people of Dominica could say the same about you! If the head of the government is deceitful and corrupt then of course people who work for you will be.
Sue these rogues P.M. If you care for your people sue them to hell and back.
hahahaha smh. Bin bobol, land tax bobol, fertilizer bobol, villas bobol, labour commision bobol, IPO bobol, electoral reform bobol, diplomatic passport bobol. If contractors are cheating the system now then it seems like they picked it up from somewhere or by paying attention to someone. i wonder who. perhaps you could help us figure it out MR. SKERRIT??
So you can call that one “contractor bobol”!!!

Look jokes!
I like that….contractor bobol.
Funny people
First we had fake news, now we have fake contractors. What next, fake Ministers and Presidents?
Mr Skerrit, since you are in Grand Fond here are some questions my friend I refer to as Ian, told me to ask you concerning Mr. Ivor Stephenson:
1. Sir, How is Mr. Ivor Stephenson?
2. How long do you expect him to be off duty for?
3. Is he still parl rep of the Grand Fond constituency?
4. In the event he make a 100% recovery will he still be your candidate?
5. Is it true that before his illness you were already planning on replacing him?
6. What really went wrong with his health?
7. Did you have a meeting with him where he was allegedly roughed up and even threatened his position?
8. Was there a money issue?
9. If so, were all questions answered and issue resolved?
10. If so, how much money we talking about and who gave it out?
11. Where did the money come from?
12. Was such money go through the proper channel?
Sir, I am making no accusations; I am simply asking questions that my friend I refer to as Ian, told me to ask you. Thanks much
@I believe. Boy these are POWERFUL questions….You are not afraid that you are answered “Go To Hell”” “Its None Of Your Dam Business”???? I have heard 1000 000 stories, all pointing to the fact that things were not good with the parl rep and the cabal.
The truth must come out!
SKERRIT MUST GO
SKERRIT MUST GO
SKERRIT MUST GO NOW!!
According to Russian Proverbs when the head of a fish is rotten the whole fish is rotten. Live be example. The country must have regulations and standard for construction. That is all that matters. If the contractors are not breaking any law there is nothing the prime Minister can do if contracts are awarded according to state procurement standards. The prime Minister if letting of fumes and in no way should be making regulations nor making policy on a community function. Only ignorant illiterate people accept this crap.
Skerrit does not like oversight himself so how the hell can he demand it from the so called contractors that are chosen for their party affiliation.
Skerrit Karma my brother, the same contractor that you believe in and are your die hard supporters, but try a uwp supporter and see how honest they will complete the projects,i am aware of 2 guys right now that is milking you for a bunch of shady work, but take what you get.
Sometimes when you report those dishonest behaviour it gets swept under the carpet
Is the PM for real, if you cannot manage an empty country with a simple situation like this how the hell can you manage a full one when you populate it with new citizens from your so called CBI program.
Skerrit HONEST
Dominican contractors are absolutely dishonest. Every one of them. I have been victimized by plumbers, electricians, road contractors, building contractors, stone pavers, roofers, solar installers, etc.
It is a total disgrace. And the worse mistake one can make is to employ a lawyer to redress these wrongs. They are incompetent and over-charge people for handling the simplest of legal issues. In certain government agencies overcharging or assessing unnecessary fees is common practice in customs, registry of motor vehicles, and ports of entry and disembarkment.
You know well you can’t do anything about it because they are your supporters. If they don’t adhere to the contract then have them correct it, or move to litigation. It’s simple.
They should be charge, and brought to court, and put in jail, by just by deny them another contract is not doing the Dominican public justice, put them in prison period.
And if Skerrit fire them and put them in PRISON, HE FIRED HIMSELF TO, SO WHO IS GOING TO KEEP HIM IN THE POSITION which he is in so he can continue with his corruption?
Well Roosevelt, you have remedy you know. You are always so quick to sue people so why not take this contractor to court for fraud and getting payment under false pretences? You obviously know who these ri=off artists are and legal action by your government would send a strong message. I really hope you go for action this time and not just words brother. They may not vote for you again but don’t worry, the opposition does not want people like that either.
Everything is mediocre in Dominica, sorry to say that but that is the way is looks to me.. Same thing with the tablets supplied to all schoolchildren not that long ago. Where are they?, Are they still working? I’m sure the contractor who supplied them made his money though.
If I recall, approximately one year ago 30 tablets were given to a police station to store during school holidays and they all disappeared from there. We have not heard a thing about that.
I would go further.
A contractor works to a plan. If the plan is flawed then the end result is flawed, not matter what. This particularly is relevant in terms of road works. Once again I cite Antrim as a case in point.
Supervision is another issue.
Wasnt there alleged racketeering going on at the Labour Commission? How was that dealt with? Was it ever dealt with?
SKERRIT MUST GO
SKERRIT MUST GO
SKERRIT MUST GO NOW
Then there is the contract itself, the terms and conditions and varied obligations of all parties – such contracts secured by law of contracts and the embedded terms and conditions or terms of Reference. If they are violated there must be a legal recourse.
Once contractors violate the contract, seek to have them rectify it if it was a mere oversight or an inadvertent error. However if the infringement is as blatant as you have stated according to this DNO article, to the point that “THEY PISS YOU OFF”, I think you need to make a public example of one of them as a deterrent…
Correction 2nd sentence… “….a simple solution…”
Mr. Cadette this is one of the problems among the millions more that have been occurring on practically a daily basis. The problem is most of these contractors are DLP party operatives. Everything has been politicized. The best are not selected for contracts on NEP programs etc. People are selected based on their roles in campaigning and how close they are to the “parl reps”. The very top is rotten and this rottenness filters right to the bottom.
just on a point of clarification, in commenting that “the monitoring and evaluating officers did not carry out their function and ought to be taken to task also” I mean that this monitoring and evaluating should have been done and the anomalies spotted and dealt with during the project implementation.
If the project is concluded, that is to say that it was handed over, all other activities under the contract was determined to have ended and the contractor paid and it was only then determined that there was a problem then that is an unfortunate deficiency in monitoring and evaluation.
Is “monitoring and evaluation’ done on anything? Is NEP monitored and evaluated? Is the “Yes-we-care program monitored and evaluated? Is the housing assistance monitored and evaluated? We are just feeding corruption and throwing monies down the drain.
An entirely new system of evaluation and monitoring is required. The question is, who is responsible for this monitoring and evaluation system? Are the rules enforced without fear or favor? Are the contractors qualified to undertake such projects, given logistics, expertise and equipment? Where will the materials be sourced? Are there contingency plans built into the construction process if equipment breaks down? Does verifiable documentation exist to prove how often heavy duty equipment is serviced?
@: looking ,Once again you are a Liar and most of the cheating came from you lots otherwise i will open a whole tin of worms just be careful of what you writing !
Does the governmentof Dominica authorized, expert body to sign off on these contracts before the contractors get paid?
@ UK calabash head if you had listen to what the Dr.prime minister Skerrit, said you would not be making yourself a fool by asking stupid questions.
If this is the case, the contractors work must always be supervised.
From the year 2004,to the present, this country has been mired in CORRUPTION!! Is it that these contractors are doing exactly what is being dgone by some of our leaders? Remember what Catherine Daniel told us about the village councils?..This is a badly broken and extremely corrupt country..
SKERRIT MUST GO
SKERRIT MUST GO
SKERRIT MUST GO NOW
I agree Skerrit must go on to do the things that will make Dominica great. If this is corruption give me more. Give me more years, 25 or more with more CBI money. If corruption give us a state of the art hospital give me more. If it gives me housing and help for senior citizens, strive in the tourist sector, and infrastructure to rebuild Dominica, providing record employment …give me more corruption.
Let people like %, aka Rose Valley, aka Ronald B Charles and friends Bogaroy and Kenneth Rijerk “go to hell and mind their dam stinking business. “WHO THE CAPS FIT” must wear it because that is all they are good for.
If you do not like my corruption leave me the hell alone because we like it so.
Skerrit and the DLP must go on to a record 21 seats in the next election for a historical world record to add to his “youngest P M in the world”. Fifty one countries support his nomination to the Baroness. All the countries of Caricom supported his nomination for the S.G. the USA…
USA and the OAS supported his PAHO nomination. He is going global and highlightening Dominica as an international country….so if this is corruption GIVE ME MORE.
What has to go is the gang of UWP traitors, the Benedick Arnolds and the Lord Haw Haws who are posing as patriots to degrade Dominica.
Hmph!
The stories I could tell!
Start with Housing Ministry first, PM!
Please, don’t keep us in suspense and tell !!!
You better not be an employee. No one asked you. If found out you will be fired and rightfully so.
Why not change ur name to Let the truth be hidden…smh
