With all that keep clear, and no parking in Roseau, can’t anyone see that the most urgent thing in Roseau now is a ten floor car park to accommodate Five hundred vehicles that will ease traffic congestion for many years? Could be built in the pound area, instead of apartments in an already crowded city. when will this country get some big thinkers to lead us?
