Former Minneapolis Police Officer, Derek Chauvin, has been found guilty of murder in the death of George Floyd.
Chauvin was on Tuesday convicted in a Minneapolis court of three charges: second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in relation to the case.
The prosecution sought to convince the jury that the police officer committed murder when he kneeled on the neck and back of Floyd, handcuffed and prone on the street, for 9 minutes and 29 seconds on May 25, 2020.
Which juror in their right mind, would return with a not guilty verdict for any counts? After seeing what took place last summer.So many people were killed. Their own blacks, including policemen.burn down so many businesses, don’t talk of police car.The insurance companies said “It was the most costly riot in history. The state already settled with Floyd’s family giving them $27 million.Congresswoman Waters told the citizens of that state prepare to riot if the police is not found guilty. President Biden said “I hope the right verdict will be given, because there are so many evidence. And all these were said and done before the guilty verdict was made.So if any juror love his/her life, what do you expect.? Any way this policeman brought it on himself.He is wicked.

The outcome of this case went against all the facts
– Floyd was screaming about not being able to breath several times before being put on the ground
– He asked to be put on the ground and wrestled with the officers to get in that position
– The toxicology report shows that he had almost three times the lethal dose of Fentanyl
– He had COVID (known to cause respiratory issues)
– Video evidence shows that the knee was on the shoulder not the neck
– That restraining technique is taught and used by the police department
– Floyd had a violent criminal history and this wasn’t the first time that he resisted arrest
All of these are facts. But due to social pressure and literal threats this was the decision that the courts came to. If you have to literally threaten people to say something then more than likely it’s not the truth.
You are right and I have been saying exactly those points for months. Even with a knee on the neck from behind it’s not possible to choke someone cause the spine and 2 muscles on either side prevents the wind pipe from being crushed. As a combat medic I kno that if someone is screaming that that persons airway is clear and functional. Also the jury also was selected and being mostly white means in there minds they kno that if a not guilty verdict was reached they will fear for there lives and the lives of there familly. Plus on top of that direct threats from a state representative adds to all that.
The jury already knew from day 1 that they have to say guilty or else.
The officer did his job how he was trained to and some senior officers lied on the stand saying the hold is not part of there policy. When the actual trainer said that it is actually part of there teaching and operation policy.

I’m elated that the murderer of George Floyd, former police officer, Derek Chauvin, will pay dearly for his wicked and fatal action.
However, I have to temper my feeling of euphoria until the armed bandits and murderers of Sherwin Prosper are dragged before a Dominican court of law and be held accountable.
Why is this straightforward investigation taking this inordinate amount of time? A perfectly healthy man died shortly after being taken into police custody. This has the unmistakable feeling of a cover-up.

For example last Sunday father and daughter were shot at a Mc Donald’s.The 7 yr old girl did not survive,it took place in Chicago.Where are the democrats.In this same city 770 blacks murdered last year blacks against each other.
