Police question Trevor Johnson in connection with MITC post

One individual has been questioned by the police in connection with an article posted online entitled “Three Days for Baby Sarah” in which the Minister for National Security, Rayburn Blackmoore, was accused of alleged gross moral misconduct and abuse of his power as Minister for Justice.

Two days after that post went viral, Blackmoore said he had filed a criminal libel complaint against an individual for investigation by the police.

One person mentioned by Blackmoore in a recorded statement on the matter is Trevor “Tossy” Johnson. Johnson is a Dominica-born, Trinidad-based, chartered quantity surveyor. He revealed that today (Sunday January 27), he was questioned by the police on the matter.

“Five police officers arrived at my apartment this morning. They had a warrant to confiscate my devices, which they did,” Johnson stated in a post on his Facebook page. “I provided them with my devices and will be meeting them at Traffic Department. Yes, Traffic Department swoop down on my premises this morning. I will be accompanied to Traffic at 10 am with my lawyers.”

Johnson later reported that the police had interviewed him and one of his attorneys, Cara Shillingford, had accompanied him to the Traffic Department.

“Questions were merely about the MITC [Mass In The Cemetery] story, which was posted on this Group. Other questions were really about what I know about the story. If I had posted it on my page. I mean, who posts or shares allegations on your personal page?,” he asked. “Once you do, you are actually taking full ownership of the article, right?……….”

Johnson went on to say, “All I did on January 1, 2019 was posted masinthecemetery.com. I NEVER included the extension containing the article.”

He said other questions asked by the police were about Clint Lowe “or the person who setup the domain” and added, “My attorneys advised not to answer any question, not even my name,”

He said he had used his sister’s laptop computer to post the message as the police were still in possession of his Iphone and Mac Air [computer].

in legal cases you dont say anything to the police if you are in defense. he was advised by his lawyer to say nothing. was he supposed to tell the same police that working against him everything he knew and how he knows it? no, wait until the court room. then noone will hide or minconstrue facts. One thing to have a big mouth, another thing to know when to open it.

Shut the F off, who the hell preventing you from showing off your wealth, hold him accountable for what?, he is not the one selling Dominica to criminals, crooks, terrorists etc, he was not the one hiding the fugitive in Morne Daniel etc. Instead of the police investigating all murders, the disappearance of person oncsee and land, all the corruptions and scandals, Blackmoore, Skerrit, Tony and the others have them harassing those who are exposing their corruption etc, for sure enough is enough with Skerrit and his criminal enterprise, just a matter of time. Tossy is not the person selling Dominica passports, birds etc and pocketing the money, with your enough is enough you have too many of us to get rid of

Well is this melee about Trevor or about abuse of power? While we are at it I have a couple of questions for Blackmoore. Ray-ray is all this true about baby Sarah and lady and ting’ and who gave the order to tear-gas the peaceful demonstration in Roseau the other day Ray? Please answer me because this is just between you and me- will not tell anyone if you come clean Ray.
More seriously folks, this is what this thing should be all about-not Trevor not UWP but an inquiry about conduct in high office. But time will tell. We have lost our way and we will pay big time for that down the road—– Peace out…..

Trevor, unless the laws of Dominica are flawed, I believe you now have a strong case against Rayburn Blackmoor, if a libel case is not in order, slander might just be a reason for you to take legal action against him!

I mean one time you had your attorney in Maryland contacted me; when you wanted to sue me because you thought I libel you:

    Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

Well, Sir Lord Johnson this is the time I know you have a case against Rayburn, so you might as well sue that sucker. Cousin Elcock, your grandfather would be happy about that.

Admin: El’cock is not a profanity by any means, the man named Elcock was from Wesley died more 65 years ago, but was related to both Trevor and I eh!

There are persons all over the world who believe they are untouchable until they come to discover that no man is untouchable against the hand of the Mighty God. And His touch is one that no one can bear, should it be the touch of His wrath. Unfortunately for man, he refuses to take heed

Dominica is fast becoming a second Venezuela. Opposition supporters are persecuted left right and centre by this rogue police force on Skerrits order. I hope Dominicans wise up and shore this tyrant the door next election.

    Iphone and Mac Air [computer]”

Did you give them your passwords to your devices? What good will the devices serve them, unless they pay huge sums to get them unlocked… this country needs to be handed over back to our colonizers; too much nonsense is going on.

That’s what the Dominican police force does best. They take directives from their political bosses and act as henchmen to harass law abiding citizens. The top echelon of the police force is so politicized that they could easily operate out of the PM’s office. They operate with alacrity not to protect the commoners but at the behest of the PM and his immoral, unethical and unscrupulous disciples. Blackmoore has to be writhing in pain from the body blows of the article. These men who curse the members of the parliamentary opposition like drinking sailors are themselves very thin-skinned. Misery likes company.

Did the police investigate alleged million dollar deposit at bank? did the police investigate construction of pier by venezuelans in North? Did police investigate the information in the stories and deem them untrue prior to investigating who wrote the story? Did they go by Blackmoore word or by facts of story? The only way the police can investigate anyone for libel is if they investigate the facts of the story and found to be all lies. Until then they should stop wasting state time.

So hold on, all you dotish police officers decided to harass a private citizen instead of investigating the crimes which are being alleged in the report of money laundering, battery, using of the resources of the state for private purposes, brandishing a firearm, and manslaughter? Are the police force going to investigate these charges? have they gotten the report from the PMH on the lady, have they gotten reports on the air ambulance, have the FIU gotten the transactions on the ladies account …….? Until and unless the police takes these steps to investigate these criminal matters then this will just be another witch hunt, another case of government officials using the resources of the state for their private and personal gains. This is why the international community will have no respect for all you fellas and will jail all you at the first opportunity they get. enjoy all you good times

This is utter nonsense that the police can be used as a tool for some ministers for their personal bussiness. I say it is high time we the Dominican people come out of our hidding places and stop this Gov’t from doing this madness. See how the people of Venezuela came out and how they are getting so much international support.
Now it is Athie , Lennox, George, Thompson and today it is Trevor, but I want to tell te people that is how they devide and conquor the nation.

Exactly what he is looking for. Publicity! Such an attention seeker! How often do you find a wealthy man attempting to prove his riches to the World? This man takes pleasure in denigrating others, while going to the extreme to blow his own trumpet.

It’s about time someone hold him accountable for his devious acts. Enough already with this man!
