Antiguan prime minister congratulates PM Skerrit

Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Hon. Baldwin Spencer has sent a letter to Prime Minister, Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit congratulating him on his party’s decisive victory in the December 18th 2009 General Elections.

“I present my compliments and take great pleasure in extending sincere congratulations to you and the Dominica Labour Party (DLP) on your resounding victory in Dominica’s national elections last Friday,
December 18, 2009.

“Your campaign of strength and development has encouraged Dominicans to award you an even stronger mandate than the previous election, and this will, no doubt, encourage you to continue to work towards the advancement of your country.

“Antigua and Barbuda is deeply committed to maintaining its strong relationship with Dominica. While we continue to further develop proud and economically viable Caribbean societies, I wish to reaffirm my unwavering support of this relationship. Please accept my best wishes for your good health and your successful term in office.”

Our PM is respected the world over. Even leaders of parties affiliated to the UWP can see that. So why is the UWP trying to fool Dominicans in making them believe that Skerrit is the worst thing for Dominica. Thank you Mr Spencer for your support. And let the UWP know that the world is looking. Dominicans are proud of their government and have given them that massive mandate to lead them for the next five years. Who blue vex can boycott, because is only that they can do. Nobody is checking them as they have been relegated to the politcal bin bobol. lol
