ST JOHN’S, Antigua, CMC – Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer has been described by his chief political rival as acting desperately over his call for an investigation into the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC).
Opposition Leader Lester Bird, during a radio broadcast on Sunday, blasted Spencer’s decision to write to Governor General Dame Louise Lack-Tack asking her to establish a tribunal to investigate the possible removal of three ABEC Commissioners.
“His letter to the Governor General asking for the removal of the existing Commissioners is a desperate act by a desperate man,” said Bird, the leader of the Antigua Labour Party (ALP).
Sir alfred Hitchcock had a movie named Birds. A Turner classic.
I am a Spencer, and Bird better keep cool, or we will clip his wing. LOL
Can’t stop the Birds from flying? Maybe we need to tie their wings and keep dem in dat cage. They keep on humming too much – Hope they are not the humming Birds out of Trinidad.
When I saw the headline, I thought it was a bird that was attacking a prime minister or s*** on his head wii.
