STORY OF INTEREST: Bird attacks ‘desperate’ Prime Minister

ST JOHN’S, Antigua, CMC – Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer has been described by his chief political rival as acting desperately over his call for an investigation into the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC).
