
Opposition Leader Lester Bird says court documents will be filed on Monday to stop Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer from moving ahead with changes to the Antigua Barbuda Electoral Commission.
In a reaction to the recent court victory of ousted commissioner Sir Gerald Watt, Bird, in a statement noted that the ALP had considered naming Watt as one of its appointees to ABEC, but could not do so largely based on the age limit imposed by the changes.
