The closer integration of French Caribbean departments with non-French speaking countries and territories in the region is the focus of a conference in Guadeloupe this week.
The first conference of this nature, called Forum FDA (French Departments of the Americas), is slated for November 30 to December 2, 2011, at Université des Antillles et de la Guyane (UAG) in Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe, in the French West Indies.
When the ant carry that good news to deceased Rosie Douglas he will be smiling
good for you………. but everyday they talking about closeness of guadeloupe and martinique to dominica….. you see..
I note Dominica is not mentioned among the countries participating. The French islands are important to Dominica’s economy and development (tourism, health, music, and energy). I hope common sense and foresight will prevail and the Govt sends someone to represent Dominica at this most important event.
Trust me they gonna work with us close cause we got that geothermal green gold!! and you know gwada and Martinique gonna wanna cuddle with us more than ever now.. It’s not like we never had close relations with them these are our families on different islands after all
