Jamaica corporate area on official lockdown

Jamaican police on patrol

From 3 pm yesterday to 3 pm today (March 7) residents and businesses in the Corporate area community of Denham Town have had their comings and goings severely restricted.

That is because a 24-hour curfew was imposed in the in the volatile West Kingston area after six people, including a 13 year-old girl, were killed late Tuesday.

Let our leaders take heed as if we do not clamp down on the drug problem now that could be Dominica very soon. A small island like Dominica it have people buying drugs by main road in broad day light. Same spot everyday and police cannot do nothing about it.
