Prime Minister of Jamaica, Portia Simpson-Miller, has called child abusers demons saying laws will be strengthened in that country to makes sure they receive stiff penalties.
“Stop it, demons! Stop it, demons! Stop it, demons. You are demons!” she said, at the party’s People’s National Party’s (PNP) 77th annual conference on Sunday.
She stated she is going to make sure child abusers face the full force of the law.
“I don’t care who you are, stop it. Don’t do it. I am going to see you in prison. I am going to come to court and look in your faces,” Simpson-Miller said.
She added, “I am going to ensure the full weight of the law, protecting the Jamaican children.”
According to the Jamaica Gleaner this is not the first time Simpson-Miller has spoken against abuse of children in Jamaica. In her contribution to the 2015-2016 Budget Debate she said the island must stand against horrific violence against children.
“Our children are being raped, murdered, stabbed, scarred and shamed,” she is reported as saying.
She said research has indicated that one in every five females 15-19 years old are sexually active and has been forced to have sex.

Yet at the 77th Annual Conference of the People’s National Conference she said she opposed discrimination against homosexuals. Studies have shown that homosexuals are three times as likely to abuse children as heterosexuals.
True, most pedophiles are heterosexuals. But this is only because there ARE more heterosexuals. No more than 5% of the population is homosexual and bi sexual combined. Yet this small minority are responsible for three times the number of child rapes.
A homosexual pedophile will abuse more children in his lifetime than a heterosexual pedophile.
He will abuse a particular child repeatedly again and again.
Mental health professionals tell us homosexual pedophiles are the most difficult to treat and usually impossible to cure. This is especially true if they are involved in incest.

As always, the thumbs downers do not like to know the truth. You will not prevent the truth from being told. God is in control.
So what if you give thumbs down? It makes no difference. It has been stated and it is the truth. You thumbs downers may be the guilty ones, the demons which Portia Simpson spoke of. God knows that and much more than anyone except those who participate in abusing children.
We must also not forget that many women and also wives are abused. They are used as servants and whatever else; not necessarily women/wives who should be respected. Therefore, women, do not allow yourselves to be abused. Stand up for your right and dignity. You will be happier for it.
When you bring forth children, nurture them appropriately and to respect themselves. There are some parents, no matter what their lifestyle want what is best for their children. One day you will reap the benefit and primarily from our God.

I agree that those who sexually abuse children are demons. This comes from no other than the devil who owns the bodies and souls of these abusers. They either should be castrated, imprisoned and executed for doing this to children.
Another form of abuse some governments have overlooked is to allow gays and lesbians to adopt children.
I think some governments, by legalizing such have turned their countries into practically a godless one. Some say they are Christians. So what type of Christians are you when you pass such a legislation which is primarily an abomination to the Lord? Do you not think that God will hold you accountable for this and for also setting a bad example for the children?
You talk about protecting the children? You are not really protecting them when people in a same sex relationship and so-called same sex marriage are allowed “to adopt” children. It is scandalous and a shame. This is the type of world we reside in.

After reading this article the first thought that came to me was, how could God Almighty shield us from Erika when we feed those same demons that are destroying our children, while we try to jail those that are denouncing them?
Here is a female Prime Minister taking on those demons and addressing them as such, in the strongest possible way, while in Dominica our politicians are suing God fearing men for standing against such demons. It hurts! To even make matters worse, those politicians have some of the best known local pastors/ evangelist within their fold as “spiritual advisors”, yet those guys opened not their mouth when Linton was sued. In fact these spiritual advisors and other local preachers and Christians will try to go and cast out demons from people when they start to act up. We are too wicked and hypocrite in this island.
People like always have negative things to say. Did he see them rape anybody? We should say things with concrete proof.
There are all types of abusers. Some occur in the home. Parents bring forth children into the world. They are the primary educators. Their responsibility is to ensure their children are appropriately disciplined. This is not always the case for some parents may not have been prepared for parenthood, therefore are nurture their children appropriately. Discipline and good example in the home are non-existent.
Some children are disobedient and stubborn and will not listen to their parents. Some prefer leaving their parents home for the streets.
I do think you must first commence with the parents and educate them on child- nurturing. Then the children, on respect and obedience.
Some governments instituted sex education in the schools rather than love, discipline and respect.
Portia-Simpson and other governments, you must first educate/counsel parents and children. Also warn children about the perils awaiting them from strangers and on the streets.

But God has said: Vengeance is Mine! The devil knows that he is not going to get away; it is that his time has not yet come; and so, he is trying to take as many as will abide with him to his pit of darkness and torment.
It is just too bad that man refuse to learn how rebuke the evil works of the devil in their lives, just as they refuse to stand with the ways of God in Life–that is the weakness which the devil holds against them, he knows that he has their favor.
Man/woman in general are weak of body. You must remember that some children are born out of wedlock; many of them. Governments as Portia Simpson are not addressing this. How can they control evil, if evil is allowed to flourish? I visualize this is difficult to do. This is why I consider that they should commence from youth, in school. In addition, when mothers are pregnant, they and the fathers (if they can find them or if they wish) should be counseled.
If parents who do not respect themselves cannot bring forth children and appropriately nurture them, in the end what type of children and adults will be in the country? This is another reason why crimes/murders have escalated.
As for Jamaica and also Trinidad, it appears no one, nothing can control that.
Dominica has been well on its way. Since accessing DNO, I am shocked that there are so many murders and other crimes, the likes of which did not exist in those days. I make no excuses.
