Irwin, congratulations to you. You may not be able to place me until you see me. We are cousins but have not seen for years because I do not reside in Dominica and you resided in the U.S.
You do know me and members of my family as we know you and all members of your family.
The Larocques are a great family.
I informed another of our cousins that you are back in Dominica and about your appointed post. I informed him that I read about your appoiontment in an ethnic newspaper, that I had clipped it out and that I will get a copy of it for him.
There have been a few huge articles about you. All good ones and reviews.
If the good Lord wills, if you are in Dominica when I visit in some months, I hope to see you.
Irwin, you have done well and are a great example to others who wish to progress and succeed in life.
I can’t believe the young boy is now a grown man. How time flies!
I wish you well and success. God bless you!
