The Commonwealth of Dominica is very conspicuous in its absence when it comes to doing anything to protect the children and youth. I do not think we are taking this matter serious enough. There is too much happening here in regards to this matter, act now before it is too late, and let us all know what you are doing, or plan to do!
Those who for whatever reason are not in a position to protect themselves, needs those in a position to do so, to act, and in some cases react. Do not keep pretending to be blind when such matters arise, or do not keep turning your heads or authority and responsibility the other way.

Badbaje, you are so correct. The issue is not within the Welfare Department and its dedicated hard working and most time overworked Welfare professionals. the issue is within this corrupt Labour government, under this failed inept Skerrit. They with their failed leader Skerrit only promote concrete projects but has failed to address matters of socio-economic issues reducing this country more and more, and deeper and deeper into poverty and even abstract poverty, that’s` if we are not already there. Mothers are abused to que up at Financial centre to receive cash and there appears to be faithful couriers who help by distributing money to the poor n the villages or anywhere they can rub the failed name of Skerrit. Beggars are our people now and await to receive scrubs and crumble from the so called supremo. Has the States Auditor finally audited the states financial resources.? We need to know. This guy is a clown to be still in this position. Skerrit Go. Make way for decent goverment.
