For Mas Domnik 2023, Showdown Mas Camp will, for the first time, present a T- Shirt Band
Executive Member of Showdown Mas Camp, Daryl Bobb made the announcement at a press conference held recently.
“The highlight of my presentation is basically the announcement of the Showdown Mas Camp T-shirt Band for 2023,” he said. “That for us is a huge initiative, it is the first time that the calypso tent would put on something of that nature.”
He continued, “Showdown Mas Camp 2023 on the road will be massive.”
Carnival patrons are being encouraged to join the T-Shirt Band for Carnival Monday (February 20).
According to the organizers more information will be made available to the public on the requirements to join the band.
Showdown Mas Camp launched its first tent for the carnival season last week Friday at M&G’s Jerk Hut and Bar in Castle Comfort where patrons wore pink for Breast Cancer awareness.
The next tent will be held tonight and patrons are being encouraged to wear blue for prostate cancer awareness.
The show is scheduled to begin at 8:00pm and a contribution of $20 is required to enter.
