I was hoping to hear that the entire board has resigned themselves to “Club Cuckoo Land”. That is where they belong. What I am hearing is that Julian Hunt was relected for another two year term. In all his years at the helm of West Indies Cricket, the only success Julian Hunte has had is to appoint a St. Lucian (cannot command his pick not even on this West Indies team, cannot speak properly, cannot bowl, cannot bat, cannot, cannot etc etc etc) to the Captaincy of the West Indies cricket Team. He wil retire and cite that as his best evidence of sucess at the head of West Indies cricket. The board must do better than that. To show respect for Caribbean cricket and the dismal failure of the West Indies team these last fifteen years, the board should resign en masse. They are not doing West Indies Cricket any good by remaining in their comfort zones. By the way, when the board decide to leave they should also bring with them Gayle, Chanderpaul, Sarwan and Sammy.

Sorry. I just don’t think basketball can ever replace Caribbean cricket. Remember we only opened an academy last year. That should have been done years ago

Our captain can’t bat, can’t bowl, can’t field, can’t talk……..the team is not balanced……we r lacking a proper wicketkeeper batsman too!!!

There should’nt be D/N games you either play at night or play in the day and i also believe if a team does’nt bat it’s full allocated overs the remaining overs should be given to the opposition for EG: if a team is bowled out in 48 overs the opposition should bat 52 overs, in my veiw that might help players to apply themselves at the crease.

West Indies didnot beat a test playing nation ranked above them therefore the entire board should resign………SHAME!!!!!

May I humbly suggest that the West Indies Team be taken off all match schedules for the next 3 years and sent on some cricketing retreats or serious training camps where they can learn how to maintain their fitness (both physically and psychologically). Payment should be based on performance.

For the past 20-25 years or so West Indies cricket has been in the toilet. How is any of this going to take us back to the glory days. How many of these past cricketing stars of yester year involved in todayus West Indies cricket.
I beieve that inspite of poor results we continue to pay these guys top dollar. Why? we should pay for performance. Put in some young men in there. Get rid of all the prima donnas.
