Bulls Eye Pharmacy Pistons and Castle Bruce Oilers victorious in Thursday’s league

Game 1 – Bulls Eye Pharmacy Pistons had a surprisingly easy victory over the Division 1 defending champions Maximun Building Supplies Tigers 72 points to 53 points. Top scoring for Pistons were Kijuan Thomas 14, Khalin Thomas 12 and David Xavier 10, for Tigers Haywood Powel 16 and Ian Brumant 15.

Game 2 – Castle Bruce Oilers enjoyed a major upset victory over the defending Premier Division champions RJS Blazers  by 1 point, Blazers led all through the game when in the 4th quarter with about 2 minutes to go Oilers tied the game until a big 3 pointer by Denver Dublin to take a 3 point lead, only to see Oilers take the lead by 1 point with 1 second left effectively sealing the upset result. Oilers 55 to Blazers 54. Top scoring for Oilers were Steve George game high 29 and Kurt Mcpherson 16, while Javed Joseph and Ken Lesley both had 12 points.

Games will continue tonight and Saturday at the Lindo Park with the following games:

Friday – 7.00pm – ACS Ballers vs DCP Original X-Men
9.00pm – RC Enterprises Faith vs Lime Pros

Saturday – 7.00pm – Gloria Shillingford Raptors vs Bulls Eye Pharmacy Pistons
9.00pm – United Insurance Sharks vs Pakya Marigot Sonics.

    Congrats to the oilers on a big victory. It was a game to be seen and it was worth it. they have been through alot and it was time to get back into the game.

    players need to learn the discipline in basketball. they need to know how to defend and apply pressure when necessary .. and the offense needs to know how to take advantage of this. basically some basketball teams need to really video tape their self and see thier mistakes just like my self i have done this and its improving.
