Chad Bertrand from the Dublanc FC Football Club has been voted the male footballer of the year by the Dominica Football Association at its prize giving ceremony which was held recently. Chad

Chad plays professional football in Guadeloupe.

Female Footballer of the Year is Romelcia Phillip who is out of state on a football scholarship.
