Community sports meeting tonight

Community Sports Meetings will be held in three communities in the Southern District this week, in the Sports Division’s drive to help structure the management of sports in that District.

Tonight’s meeting will be from 7.00p.m. at the Bagatelle Community Centre, tomorrow from 6.30 p.m. one will be at the Youth Centre at Grand Bay and a similar meeting will be held  on Thursday also from 7.00p.m. at the Pichelin Community Centre.

All of the meetings are follow up actions to meetings held in January and February.

Sports organizers, sports men and community persons interested in the development of sports in those communities are all invited to attend and participate to help use sports as a developmental tool in those communities.

    When will a meeting be scheduled for this area. Or have they forgotten us too?

      For your information, one such meeting was held on January 19th in T-Savanne. A total of 15 persons attended this meeting. A follow-up meeting will soon be held.
