DOC boss pleased with hosting of Queen’s Baton Relay

ROSEAU, Dominica, Mar 19, CMC – Dominica Olympic Committee chief, John Charles has expressed satisfaction with the country’s hosting of the Queen’s Baton Relay.

On Tuesday, over 50 athletes representing various sporting disciplines on the island participated in the relay, which began next to the Canefield Airport, just outside the capital of the island and ended with a cultural extravaganza at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium.
